You don't need to be a political activist to recognize that some politician with no clue that vaping is any different than smoking and who certainly couldn't care about the minuscule percentage of voters who vape is not going to go against the tobacco and medical lobbies, who represent a traditional presence in Washington and vast, vast resources.
