4% flavor
6% DW
90% VG
12 mg/ml nic

Steep: Been vaping it nonstop since I mixed it on Monday

Color: Honey Brown

Vaped On
: Hot Rodded VZ bottom coil rba (turned into BF) on the new Reo VV 9-12 watts

Aroma: Spiced Rum, Caribbean stuff, nutmeg!? Ginger? ...? lol

Flavor: When I smelled the bottle I thought no way in hell will I like this. Started vaping it and my first thought was "I've tasted this before." I still haven't figured it out. At first the best I could do was 'spiced rum.' It has that Caribbean, spiced kind of vibe that Island Tobacco has. At first I said it was like that, but without the sweet coconut notes or the pipey must.

Fast forward a few days, and the spicey/rummy notes have calmed down and lo and behold the pipey must has appeared. Its really damn good I have to say. I need to whip up a new batch of island tobacco to compare, but going on memory, they are kind of close, but distinct enough that I'm sure some will prefer one over the other.

Again, I really didn't think I was going to like this at all, as on the face of it its surely not my style. But I've been using this non stop for days now with a trickle of unflavored here and there and I'm loving it.

Standalone Potential
: 10/10

Overall Rating
: 10/10

Maxx Blend

3% flavor
7% DW
90% VG
12 mg nic

Color: Yellow

Steep Time: ~3 days

Aroma: Tobacco, chocolate

Flavor: The further and further I get away from stinkies, the more my point of reference gets jumbled. So now I'm thinking of flavors in terms of other flavors. lol.

First impression on this one was an even more evil Real Cig than B and H. As I vaped it took on more chocolate notes, darker non cig tobacco notes, and even a bit of that grassy/spicy thing that Mild Seven has. It honestly really started to remind me of Cubana. But of course I've run out of my mixed Cubana and have nothing ready to vape and compare on hand. The harder I think of it the more confused I become.

Anyway, so I'd def throw this in the tobacco blend, cubana, mild seven family. Maybe that's a good idea for organizing my thoughts here, break all of these suckers into families. My sense is that that's how these flavors tend to fall, with slight variations among members of a group. Anyway, for another day. Or another post today.

Good news is I really like it. Bad news is I never reviewed Cubana. Or did I? If I did its buried under a bunch of wa-nking a few pages back lol.

Standalone Potential: 7/10

Overall Rating: 8/10

EDIT: I knew I forgot something. Coffee. That coffee/nut note from Parliament is def hanging around these parts.

Katdarling, I usually add 2 drops at 3ml. Try 3 drops at 5ml.

yup, when I received my first order, I took this advice and put 3 drops in my 5 ml of 18 mg nic VG base. Steeped about a week and a few of them I kept as good, a couple I added another drop or two to get stronger flavor. All are good :D I'm so pleased with my new DIY ventures. (although I still order from vendors, because I want some ready-mades, not having tons of time to do all the DIY stuff LOL)

I have had my first order from VZ for a couple of weeks now. I bought 20 flavors including 4 of the Hangsen tobaccos. So far everything is going great! I mixed 1000ml of base 80/20 PG/VG @ 20mg, went with standard concentrations as suggested making 20 25ml batches in my 30ml bottles, figuring that would give me a bit of room to dilute if needed, and some air space to mix or add flavor. I will report back with flavor impressions after I've had time to sample a good many of them, but so far I am having a gas!
