I have to say that me and my buddy have been playing with VZ flavors for the past month now. We have tried, over the past year of DIY, to make quality tobacco blends we can Vape everyday all day. We started with some of the more popular flavoring companies on ECF and I really despise almost everything I have mixed. So much trial and error and have never come up with something I enjoy. I stumbled across this thread a while back and we pulled the trigger on VZ. We are three orders of flavoring in from VZ and just WOW. I now have something to enjoy with vaping again. I was so worried I would have to go back to dropping $17 on a 30ml bottle of juice and getting to the point where I wouldnt be able to afford vaping anymore. You guys are a wealth of knowledge with these flavors. Just saying thanks to the posters here for helping me find that sweet spot again.
I second that! I have tried DIY flavors from everywhere trying to find a good tobacco and I have found nothing that compares to Real Cig anywhere. The others are all way too buttery and "greasy" for me.

Sorry I've been away, being an adult sucks

The color i describe is what I see after mixing, yes. They tend to darken/change with time so depending on how long they've been sitting and what you're base is (PG vs. VG, clear nic vs. oxidized yellow/brown nic) you're going to see differences initially and with time

Leah emailed me Old Captain, the original, is back on the site and in stock. Please save some for me :)

Just ordered island tobacco, melon and honey flu cured
Can't wait to try them.
Do the super concentrated flavors require steep time or sweeteners?
Never used anything other than TFA so I'm not sure

I mix the HFC at 3%, shake it up good, set it in a warm bath for 15 mins, shake it again and I start vaping it .. yum! Have never tried the other 2, but love the HFC .. hope you will like it too :)

I haven't tried the melon, but I find the Island takes a week to 10 days to develop full flavor at 3%.

3% is 14 drops in 10ml.

Explain the warm bath for me.
Should I use warm water or boiling water?

Just drop them in and shake and I don't need to let it steep? Just totally submerge it?
How many drops is 3% ?

Not boiling, just "hot". Mix the juice and then set the bottle in a bowl or cup of hot water. I remove mine every 4-5 mins and shake it and then put it back in the hot water. For a total of about 15 mins. You dont need to totally submerge the bottle, 1/2 - 3/4 the way up the bottle is fine. Yes it is good to steep it .. I have some I have been steeping for the past few weeks. But unlike some others that do require a long steeping time, I find that I can start vaping the HFC within about an hour of making it and it is good .. gets better with steeping but is good right away too. I have lots of friends that I also make the HFC for and they love it, it's their 24/7 vape.

HFC, and IT will age nicely over 10 to 30 days. Melon should be good right out of the gate. I use VZSCF's at 2.5-3% measured by syringe, 6% on their Hangsen's. You might want an anti-sweetener on the tobaccos if you use a high VG percentage.

What do you use for an "anti-sweetener"?
