Looks like a Legal Issue forced their removal. fasttech is obviously treading carefully so as not to jeopardize the bulk of their stock in trade.

Oh that's bad news ...
VS should purchase these chips && do away with the buggy evolv
How VS && VF or anyone else still have the cheek to sell dna40 mods with unresolved issues is beyond me

What is listed as unresolved? All of the issues I have been aware of are resolved, but I may be out of the loop. The current large screen version seems solid.

I see Focal is dumping Kangxin flasks for $39.90 ea in their clearance section.
Yeah, was thinking of getting one, but I already have a Kangxin mini, a Waidea flask, and a 60w rDNA clone on the way. Really need to save money, and plenty of interesting new devices seem to be making their way to the market.

Still, quite possible that this is the last chance, in a while at least, to get a TC flask clone.

Focal hasn't dropped the Waidea Vf V3 prices yet & 3fvape is holding firm on their prices so I don't think it is quite that bad yet. Both those sites list the Flasks as VF V3 though as opposed to using Vapor Flask in the item description and Fasttech probably got a cease and desist letter for using the name in the description.

Fasttech is just so well known and high profile that if Vapor Shark or Vapor Flask want to send a message to China, they will send it there first & Fastech is probably just not taking any chances. The SXK flasks aren't 1:1 clones at all & carry no markings identifying it as a Vapor Flask or as being Made in the USA so I doubt they could even be held accountable for them but they dumped them because they realize they are so recognizable as copies of a unique design inviting accusations and threats of infringement litigation they would prefer not to deal with.

This isn't the first time they dumped them like this & I would only start to worry if you see Waidea remove the 1:1 Clone from their website as that will be the indicator that they soon will be going the way of the DoDo.

I bought an Aspire Nautilus yesterday for a guy that wants to quit the stinky's, what was I thinking. i'm using it now, I rebuilt the coil head vertical, even welded NR on the long leg. Tootle puffer. 15 watts max. (it does kind of work OK now)
I guess I'll give him a Kanger ST instead.
So to keep on topic when I first got it I put it on my Waidea Flask and it read "ohms too high",
it was reading 2.28Ω on the flask but 1.8'ish on every thing else. Kind of make me think I may have that ground problem on my flask.
If I open it to tighten that nut like piece then I might as well just change the socket. Heck might as well just change the board too then. I'm going to bed......after I have a beer and tootle puff some more.

i got my kangxin VF V3 from Gearbest yesterday. (ordered it 1 week ago and paid the extra $8 for the expedited UPS shipping.
dont know what to think with regards to version/chip/model.
it boots up to the KX-40D screen. but doesnt say VaporFlask Made In The USA on the bottom.
auto sensing of Ni200 or non nickel isnt very quick it takes several fires for it to sense.

dry firing works 100% and doesnt burn the cotton but firing a wet coil/cotton is touchy. i get yucky dry hit flavor alot but i cant see the chip trying to regulate it.
so its not perfect, but it does work but i also noticed sometimes i was getting a hot leg so when i tried to keep the cotton away from the legs, wasnt easy as i was just testing with a crappy little IGO-W, but once i kept the cotton away from the legs it was firing better but not perfect.

much better TC regulation than the Smok M80 Plus but i wont get rid of the M80 because of its 80w ability for normal wire.

i like the VF weight, shape and design and clicky buttons just wish i didnt have to lock it to do the settings. but oh well, it is what it is. got a little bit of glue around the top and a tony bit on the side but oh well.....

So far its $50 well spent.

Sun of a ....h! I get up this morning expecting to go on FT and get the VS 60 watt clone and gone all gone! Not really a fan of c-frames. I can't find any other site with the sxk/infinite 60 watt chip. Maybe this is a sign to just get the Snowwolf 200.

I ordered one yesterday and the discount code was working... $90 is the best price I've seen for it

Right behind you...
But man, that's a BRICK. Over 350g (12oz) with batteries in it. Weighs more than a Vaporflask with batteries and an iStick combined. And then both sides are glass. We've seen how well that works out on smart phones that are a third of the weight and use costly Corning glass.

But other than that, it's cool. :)

I did get the kengxin one from 3fvape couple months ago. It worked great for couple weeks and than it started to auto fire when I screw an Atty in. Took them a month to send me a replacement. The replacement however has the 510 sticking out quite a bit and it's not close to being straight. Chip works well, but the 510 is really bugging me. Was thinking about getting the faattech 60w one, but now that they pulled them out, I should just put a fatdaddy on my kendxin and be done with it.
Anyways, after all this months my infatuation with the flask is starting to wear off.

I know, I know, that's one heavy chunk of electronic goodness. I've never purchased anything from cigbuyer.com. I'm guessing they're China based? I might have to do it. Just seems too good of a price. I've seen 3fvape has the pre-order still goin on for$109. I dunno, I have these moments of clarity where I ask myself, "do I really need another mod?" Yesssssss I do!

It's a link to gearbest. I got my ipv4 from them on a presale and worked out OK. About 2 weeks shipping time to US. The only negative was that it wasn't shipped for about a week after other vendors had it stocked.
