I didn't had issue with threads on kangix 510 but that + pin adjustment is absolute BS. If it was reverse threaded like on ZNA30 it would be good, but this... screwing down the atty is also screwing pin down. Guy who approved that is idiot of the year.
Lucky for us all, fatdaddy v3 short is great fit instead of that ....ty kangix 510
May not be the Waidea--that is the same unit that was wiped from Fasttech the first time & I don't know if anyone actually knew for sure who was manufacturing it but the speculation at the time was that Yiloong was making them and calling them V4s.the one thing I don't think I would like about the waidea is it's firing delay. I read it has a 1 second delay

i'm not convinced it's a weadai. did you notice the up and down buttons are dished? the only clone ive found that looks the same was on the lelong site, it's an odd ball that's for sure... I rolled the dice and I hope its atleast got a decent shell with a sled, that way I can always throw a dna chip in it, or even one of kx40d chips in the messed up kangxins I have :")
Heard good stuff on Yiloongs non temp controlled flasks but never heard a review on the temp version and FT wiped the entire listings so there is no way to find the reviews from people that received them that I am aware of.
I'm gonna guess that is a preorder for the Waidea version & I'm glad to see a listing for them popping up. Did you email them to ask?

I threw one in the ole basket and it says "in stock", then I took it out.
Really, I'm showing availability as no longer in stock. I had assumed preorder as I spoke to Mike at Waidea the other night and he told me he thought it would be about a month but he did say there was some discussion that they might get them ready a little quicker if they only did the modification to the existing units rather than going 1:1.
News of the FT situation might have reached Waidea by now & perhaps they decided to cut the corners off to get it done quickly.

No, I have not emailed them yet, Hoping it is Waida making them, my Waida VF is still going strong so I have faith in them.
Considering 3fvape never carried Yiloong and was first to list the Waidea Flask of anyone it is safe to assume Waidea.
Surprised you took it out of the basket. Figured you especially would have been all over that immediately!
Just checked again and it says no longer in stock must be a pre-order unless they sold the one pre-production sample they had.

When it comes could you let me know ASAP if it has a New Atomizer Up/Same Down question? Someone in another thread just got a new SXK Zero and it appears to be a second batch/revision of the chip - it has that question added, and, far more importantly, they have fixed the resistance reading. The first batch(es) of all the SXK mods read resistance at least 0.04 too low, up to 0.16 too low at higher ohms. Which affects TC quite a lot, especially using Nickel Purity to vape on lower Temperature Coefficient of Resistance wires like Stainless Steel, Titanium and the new Resistherm.
This new batch has that fixed as well which is amazing news.
I'm trying to find out if that's gone across to the latest VFs as well. It should have done, but depends on the relative stock levels. There's every chance that your Flask, being last of FT stock, is the same that we all received and has the same issues (don't worry it's still great even with that issue, and you can adjust for the too-low resistance via a Nickel Purity adjustment; though the default is set right for Ni200 anyway.) But you never know, they may have got a new batch before they pulled them.

I hope the one that I had in my basket went back to stock when I removed it.
It will be, they are just not sending them to 3fvape as they are still finalizing things for the initial production run. If there are any out in the wild right now I doubt they say Squonk on the bottom or have the VF engraved over the USB because Mike said they only got the original to copy beginning of last week. It will take a little time to program the cncs to duplicate the engravings properly & approve the pre-run samples.
Doris just emailed me back that Focal plans on listing Waidea Squonk as well but will not post the listing until Waidea confirms they are actually ready to ship them.
