Knowing the Goliath was already in the works was the only reason I disn't double down on the Goblin

Goggling at world from my iPhone

I watched the Video on it and want one also just not sure if there is enough room for giant Ni200 build. Sure wish some one would post a Ni200 build for one.

There's going to be a small wedding here in a few, a couple of green Japanese twins are going to marry..........as soon as I take them out of the charger and mark them.
Two Panisonic NCR2900 PF's, these are rated for 10 amp continuous 18 amp pulse with 2900 mah capacity. I have load tested their 2250 mah siblings at 33 amp pulse prior to today. I will also load test these when charged pulsed with a 0.1 ohm load to see how they fare against the (CGR18650CH) 10 amp 2250's.
I believe these to be the same cells used in the Efest 20 amp 3100 mah 18650's which also tested out in the 33 amp @ 0.1Ω range.
After they are installed in my VF clone they will be charged via USB port, that's been working well with the two VCT3's that have been shacking up in there till now.
Your invited, bring gifts. Comments also invited

$18 shipped with battery box from Orbtronic for the pair

OK, just placed an order for a flask & batteries, can you experts click and see if I done good?

Flask - (got for $66 shipped using 5% discount code)

Batteries - ($18 for the pair with shippin)

Looks good to me, that's my battery of choice in most applications. I have quite a few of them in use,(all married already) with the exception of the one that came in my VS rDNA

So I'm looking at the Flask in the above like and was thinking "that looks just like mine" but I didn't get the pouch... it's in the box.

I did some comparing between my Evolv equiped rDNA 40 and my KX 40D powered clone yesterday in regards to the preheat.
I used a single coil dripper with a 0.14Ω ni200 coil wet and took voltage readings off of the atty's posts. I did multiple checks back in forth between them wetting the wick and letting the coil cool. While this wasn't maybe that accurate it certainly appeared that the clone chip does preheat and perhaps a bit better than Evolv's, not sure about that but that's how it looked to me.

Think it will be April before you see any NI200 builds in Goliath.

Lemo 2 is probably more suitable for NI200 builds

The flask shown at FC is said to be made by Waidea Time, this was recently added. It looks just like 3f's p/n 2806- to my old eyes, at least. They both have SS non adj. 510 and low mounted USB port. Does anyone know who makes the 3f version, and do they both run the same board? Does the 3f come w/USB cord and pouch?

Thanks in advance for any insight on this.

As Per 3FVape: Waidae is a trading company. They don't make any products. They buy them. Waidae buy product from Sunlay Tech. 2806/2834 Vapor Flask Version 3 is developed by Sunlay and made by third party factory. The 2806/2834 we shipped are sourced from Sunlay directly.

As Per 3FVape: 2806/2834 share the same chip with 1660/2101 made by Kangxin, you will see different open-screen message though. To be specific, you may see "KX-40D" which is from Kangxin, "DNA40" or nothing, which are from Sunlay. They customized those in chip, which is quite easy.

Only have pics of Silver Version:

I'm still on the fence about ordering. I like the looks of the newer Sunlay one, but no one had had any good reviews about use yet. Hasn't been out long enough. The fixed pin doesn't bother me that much. The Kangxin has been out long enough to get some good feedback. I have an IPV4 on pre-order, but have really been eying a flask. What to do, what to do? Looking for a good first TP mod to get started with.

Here is a guy doing NI200 Dual Coil Build in a Goblin that begins at the 7:00min mark. If He Can fit it in there, You could fit it in Goliath.

Nice! If you upgrade the pin, please do a video or a build log! I would love to see how you do it!

Depending on what my board is like, I'm going to rip everything out and put a real evolv board into it - if I go this route I will document everything including a video of the proceedings.
The first thing I'll do is compare the measurements against the genuine board I have installed in my Hana enclosure - on saying that the real board I'm using is inconsistent at the best of times

We would all appreciate a video documentation of a full disassembly f the Kangxin. As far as I know no one has done it yet because the Kangxin is a hot glue mess......Not nice and neat like that SYK 35W with the plastic frame sled.

wasn't the lemo the one tank that had problems with NI200 builds reading wrong or something?

A couple people complained about the Lemo w/ NI200, but they probably just had a loose bottom plate, dirty contacts, or bad center post contact because of the AFC. As I understand it, Taking the time to make sure everything is tight & clean usually corrected the issues. KF-V4 had many more issues with the spring than Lemo did w/ bottom plate/center post.

Lemo 2 changes airflow differently so it should be much more stable with ni200 builds.

Tpat,

I don't know how you find all these videos but I am sure glad you did. In show and tell part he shows how it is NOT possible to capture the coil under the screws there is almost no lip what so ever on the screws. I would have been disappointed if I bought and discovered that fact. I have had all the trouble I care to deal with trying to use post holes with Ni200

PS - I searched high and low for any reference to the Lemo 2 but after seeing the review of the device I can wait. I don't know that I think the top fill with the V2 is a big advantage my top filling Fogger is a real PITA. But I sure like everything else about it.

Regards
