Sent mine back a few weeks before Christmas to Evolv and got an email from them saying they were forwarding it to Vaporflask who now wanted to own the RMA process. Emailed Vaporflask to request that they ensure that they also straightened the screen when replacing the chip. Got a positive reply within an hour and this has easily been the quickest customer service response across the many companies I've dealt with. Now feel much more confident that it will be perfect when returned - significant to me as posting things back from Hungary is not a cheap option
Super psyched! Finally got my flask back from VF after a month long repair process. It came back to me in PERFECT condition - exactly how I sent it out to them. And the new chip seems to be performing excellent! Nice to be able to use it now and have it perform properly!

Sweet!! Yeah I sent VF an email yesterday from here at work saying "where the heck is my flask?!".....they replied "uhh, it was delivered to your house today"......
Really happy with the way they treated it though....it looks good as new!!

I want surprised i caught it before they took it down, since im on that group 24/7 LOL.
So the squonk flask will be a dna-40 as well, and will feature a single 18650 battery tube,
and the other tube will be for the juice! Nothing better than a squonking flask!
I would post the picture i snagged on the squonk flask, but Im not sure if they would
appreciate me doing that.. crap with those damn cloners and such.

I can't say enough about the customer service at VF. Those folks are great and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. My experience with them was A+ and I will be a vapor flask customer for life. Thats pretty easy to say when they make the best device I have ever owned hands down. I have a V1 DNA30 Flask and a V2 DNA40 flask and I wouldn't trade either one of them for any other device. Kudos VF!

Have you noticed anything different about the way it displays the coil resistance. I am being intestinally vague so that I don't lead you into a reply just because I said it.

Well both my new one and the repaired one act the same. With the new ones the resistance that displays when I plug in a new atty is pretty much what it just sits on. When I left the old one sit idle for a time the resistance would bobble around. With these they just seem to stay put on whatever the first measurement was. I did see one climb by 0.01 and then after a few puffs was right back to the original reading.
With my original I had gotten used to the resistance bobbling around enough that I would have to change the power setting to get the same vape back.
Just got my new VF DNA40 today and going to put together a ni200 build in the Kayfun to try it out. Thing feels solid and looks great. Now to go mess with temp builds.
How often are batches released? Loving what I see of this bad boy. Really don't want to go the clone route.
