Does anyone know if these new prices are permanent? Or is it a sale? I inquired about any new chips/devises that VS might be coming out with, but was informed by their customer service that all they could tell me is that they are releasing the VF/VS collaboration. He said he could not comment on anything else...figures.
Someone asked on their social media posts and they said that the price slash is permanent!

Old news. That was regarding the old versions (no atty lock) they were selling off a few weeks ago. The new slice and dice prices are for their regular new stock with lastest chip versions.

Atty lock board still bugs. Even hana modz has admitted to this. I have the V4 (has atty lock) and I have seen it once. KTMRider has it and says his does it 10-20% of the time already in this thread.

Check this thread as well Hana Modz DNA40 V4S (skinny!) | Page 11 | E-Cigarette Forum

The screen refreshed either during or after firing. The vape is quality isn't tarnished but the screen does glitch.

Yeah. I follow all the main DNA40 device threads. My comments were only to intended to correct the possible misconception that Vaporshark didn't stand behind their warranty on their regular stock devices. Which of course they do.

I've owned multiple rDNA 40 (4 to be exact) devices including one from the first run, the only one that gave me issues was the first run one, and it didn't glitch or anything like that, the board decided it no longer liked the fire button and became detached. The one I'm using now is from the first run of the big screens (the non centered mega screen version) born 12/30/14, and I've never once had issues. I've even left it in the car overnight during winter to see if I could force a glitch and it never happened.

I bought a DNA30 in January and it was junk from day 1. It would turn itself off or lock the firing button 10-20x per day. The first time I contacted customer service they said to send it in and they replaced the button. The problem was still there when I got it back and that was as far as their service went. The rep said that I could send it back, but they didn't know what could be done and that I should just wait and see. This is cut and pasted directly from a VS customer service email:

"For now I would monitor it and make sure that you are not accidentally pressing the button while it is in your hands...".

Seriously. Wow. Their response was that I must be so stupid that I can't tell whether or not I'm pressing a button. Then the screen died the next week. It might be worth taking a shot for $45 (unfortunately I paid full price before the cut ($100+), but you shouldn't expect them to honor the warranty. Caveat emptor.
