Coil issues? Can't say I've heard of that happening, then again Aspire has something like four or five lines running the same coil heads. Atlantis 1 and 2, Triton 1 and 2, so it really doesn't surprise me. Other than the coils, how do you like the Atlantis 2? I was considering getting that or the Mega.
Yeah my coils always had an off taste. It may have been something else causing the issue with the tank. Some others had issues with getting a rubbery burnt taste similar to mine, but then I've seen others never have an issue with them at all. On the few coils I was able to break in nicely, it chucked and gave off some solid flavor and one of the mains pros for me was that leaking for it was basically non-existent as opposed to the Subtank Mini (which I sold a month or two ago). Might give it a go again at some point here or might go for the Triton 2 because newer and has top fill lol.

I used to have the iStick TC40W. A lot of people knock those little 40W boxes, but they're not bad by any means.
Indeed, I still got my Istick 30w. My first box mod. It holds a special place. I also got the Cloupor Mini plus and evic vtc mini. The ipv3 li is my only real big mod at this point (going to get a DNA200 though in the coming year and perhaps a unregulated box mod, perhaps the tuglyfe).

Yeah, plus with the Triton 2 you can get the RTA head for it, actually I think it comes WITH the 2 instead of being sold separately like the original Triton. A buddy of mine got it and some of the crazy coil builds that guy puts on it would blow you away, the TFV4 with the tri-coil head on it has nothing on some of the builds he puts in his tank. I think that RTA head can be used with the Atlantis line as well, but don't quote me on that.

I LOVE mine!
It was my first mod when I upgraded from the little $20 pen I started with.

@Mike Weatherford Jr Your right on that, it's a pretty tough little box and it came with the tank too.
Mine didn't, the box was sealed and everything, I just figured the tank was part of like a special deal or something. But, I already had the Kanger Tech Genitank Mini, so it didn't really bother me until I pushed it passed 25w and fried the coil, yep, my first dumb dumb mistake with vaping lol.

Thats good to know it comes with the RTA this time. For the v1, that was a big con for many people, was that it didn't come with an rebuildable section. Yeah I considered the tfv4 and crown tanks for awhile, but they just didn't entice me enough (overrated possibly). But the Herakles Plus, i wanted it from the moment I saw it and after every reviewer saying how great it was, it was a no brainer and I haven't been disappointed yet. :) Looking forward to the Target tank here challenging the Herakles plus in my rotation.

Lol...my first upgrade was a vv/vw mod that was PIFfed to me...then I got a Provari Mini....then I won a Disrupter in a contest. Then came the istick and a STM. It's a slippery slope!!!

Nice. I started with the cigalikes from v2 cigs back in 2012 for a few months the first time I tried vaping. Went back to the cigs after. Then tried them and other cigalikes again in 2014, didn't work. Then earlier this year, did cigalikes again but got motivated enough and went and got an Evod 2 pen setup at a local vape shop and that lasted me several months until I needed/wanted more, thats when I got my first real box mod, the IStick 30w and subtank mini. The rest is history since then...like a lot of the $ I had in my bank account before upgrading hahahahaha.

Yeah, I was looking at it a week ago or so, the Triton 2 is definitely a nice tank. I liked the tfv4 that a buddy of mine has, but the only issue with it, from what I've heard, is you're taking a gamble with the heads. The heads might not work, or the life is real short. For me, that's a problem. I have to replace my head on my Atlantis 1 maybe once every other month, my buddy was replacing his every other week. I am interested in the Herakles Plus though, I've heard a lot of good reviews but I don't know anybody personally who has it so I've yet to be able to try it. The whole Target kit looks nice as can be though! The pistol grip and trigger fire button on the mod is gorgeous. That tank looks pretty sick too, that's the first of a ceramic coil I've ever heard of so it'll definitely be an interesting one.
