OPPS! Yes, you are right, she has the math wrong on her website.

Yes, once I get started, I will be making my own juice. I notice she has limited flavors too. reviews say she test all her products, before shipping, and has excellent customer service.

Thanks for aswering my questions, and providing lots of information. I really appreciate it!

Happy Vaporing!

No problem! Glad to help out a fellow vaper, especially someone just getting started! There's so much info out there that it's a pain to go through it all!

I have to chime in about the VaporKing from Vapor4Life also! For ease of use and performance, there is no comparison! And Steve is the bomb, always tossing in little goodies to make us smile!

If you are curious about what people are saying, take a look at the V4L forum here
Vapor4Life - e-cigarette-forum.com • The place for electronic cigarette reviews, news and chat and see what all the shout is about. My penstyle and 510 are gathering dust while I vape away happily on my VK!

Whoo Hooo! ;)

Hi Jen Jen, love your kitty! HA!

I was reading in the 901 forum, where someone has a stainless steel 901. Are these Vapor Kings metal or hard plastic?

Thanks!

Thanks - I like yours too! ;) I am guessing they are metal, at least they feel very solid in your hand, but not heavy. When I had my 510, I actually ordered a mod because I was hoping that SOMETHING would make my 510 better. Then I saw a few posts about VaporKing and V4L, and I cancelled the order and ordered the VK. I really didn't want to walk around with a huge screwdriver looking thing in my mouth anyway lol, not very ladylike. Well the VK just blew me away! It is about the same size as the 510 but WOW! It is just awesome! For me this is it! I honestly don't know how anything could top this and the customer service from V4L is just unreal! It really doesn't get much better then this! You have to check out the forum and see what people are saying about this ecig!

Yes, I am just like you, in that some of these ecigs are not very lady like. HA!

I have visited both Nhaler and V4L websites, and I like V4L starter kits better. They have much more in them, for a just few dollars more. I have read a lot about Steve's personalize customer service, and that means a lot to me.

I will revisit the V4L Forum and read some more.

Thanks!

Drew at Nhaler is awesome! And his customer service is great too. If it weren't for his juices to drip on the 510 I would never have been able to quit analogs! I just got tired of all the fussing with the 510. Some of Nhaler's juices are still my favorites though and I use his as well as Steves for refilling. The carts at Nhaler for this particular kit aren't as good as V4L though. If he used his own juice in them they would probably rock. I will have to suggest that. ;) Steve at V4L has some "hands on" over the carts that he sells and they are much tastier and last longer. Also, Nhaler only has the auto batteries and my preference is for the manuals!

For anyone using the 510 or 901 and dripping on the atty - Nhaler is the bomb! The High Voltage flavors rock!

Yes, both guys are great, from I have read. The problem I ran into was the Flavoring and Nicotine content. I am a Menthol person, and I do not care for the other flavors, and I want zero Nicotine content, so I can ween myself off the analogs. Neither one of them have my Virginia Slim Menthol or Tobacco flavor, that I am wanting. So the juices they offer in the kits, would be wasted money, for me. In fact, I did not see any zero nic flavors on either website. Did I over look it, or what?

I know V4L has zero nic flavors on all his carts, including menthol. In the juice he has zero nic mint, spearmint and menthol. In the next few weeks he is coming out with Nuport and Kool carts and juice I believe. You choose the cart or juice you want and click on it, then the option for nic strength you choose. If you order a kit from Steve, in the comments just tell him what kind and strength you want.

Not sure about Nhaler. I thought they did, but maybe not?

Maybe I over looked V4L, so I will take another look. Maybe it was Nhaler who had none of the zero Nic. As for flavor, the Nuport and Kools taste completely different from Virginia Slim tobacco or Virginia Slim Menthol.

Thanks for all your help! I have really appreciated your input! :)

Most of the menthol smokers have really liked V4L's menthol carts, and the Nuport and Kools will give more of a choice. Good luck with whatever you end up with! And happy vaping ;)

I just might have to order my flavors at a Katy's The Smokeless Shop - We are now accepting Visa, Mastercard and Discover Cards Paypal no longer accepted, where I found the Virginia Slim tobacco flavor, then just add my special menthol flavor, that I like. Katy is also wonderful with her customer service, however, she only sells the DSE-901.

Happy Vaporing!

JenJen,

I forgot to ask you ... why do you personally like the manual over the automatic Vapor King ecig?

Thanks!
PS: time for dinner, so will be back later on tonight...

Just personal preference I guess. The manual tends to warm up the vapor a bit faster. With auto you need to take a quick primer puff (which quickly becomes habit by the way) and with the manual you just push the button, bring it to your lips and draw. You can get a real good taste and throat hit from the auto, but to me the manual draw is more satisfying.

With the auto, you need to think about how you draw - quick primer puff then slow and long is the key. With the manual, you don't have to think about it at all. ;)

Well, you just sold me on the Manual. ;) It sounds more natural, when you do not have to think about how you draw.

Is this manual button easy to push? I am a retired Nurse, an RN, with Arthritis in my hands, and feet, so things are physically difficult for me to do. Plus I have lost fifty percent of my muscle strength, due to having Lupus and Fibromyalgia. So this button needs to be easy to push. Just think of a five yr. old ... if they can push this button, with one finger, then I can do it.

Thanks!

So sorry to hear that! But yes, you should be able to do it no problem. Just try different ways of holding it. I hold mine button up with thumb beneath and four fingers on top, index finger pressing the button. You might find it easier to push with button down and thumb pressing the button.

Thanks, but I was not looking for sympathy, per say. However, I do appreciate your kind thoughts! ;) It is just a way of life for me, now. I fight pain every day of my life, so I am wondering, when I get off the nic, if my pain scale will rise. I read a medical report, that said ten percent of the men said nic did lower their pain, and zero woman said no it did not. For me, I have always thought the nic help to lower my pain, just a little bit.

Anyway, I was glad to see, that the VK can be held in different positions, giving me the opportunity to turn it around, if needed, so I can use a different finger, or thumb, if needed. I would hate to purchase the manual and not be able to operate it. HA! Some days I am unable to hammer a nail in the wall, just to hang a picture. HA! I just laugh, and go to something easier. ;) When you get older, life does change, and not always for the better. So it is nice, if you can learn to laugh at yourself. (my 3 cats understand) ;)

Thanks for all you help! You have been such a great source of information, for me. May the Lord bless you, and keep your healthy!

Happy Vaporing! ;)

If you do end up ordering the VK kit from V4L, and aren't sure about which battery will suit your needs, in the comment section just explain your situation briefly and ask Steve to send you one of each. That way you can try the auto and the manual and decide which works best. Steve is very accomodating, you can even call him and ask questions or express concerns.

Honestly, with whatever type you end up getting, be sure to try other flavors! I was sticking to the tobacco flavors when I first started vaping and now I don't touch them. I am totally hung up on coffee and capuccino carts for all day vaping. The fruit ones are surprisingly good also, I didn't expect to like them but I do. Depending on how heavy a smoker you are, I would start out with the 24's or 16's to make sure you are getting the nic you need to get you over smoking the cigs. I am down to 16 but once in a while the coffee 24s are just the ticket! Nice satisfying throat hit and flavor... ;)

Hi JenJen,

I revisited both sites, and when I click on 'more info' on V4L, I did discover he has zero nic flavors, however Nhaler only carries 24 mg, some in 12 mg.

I was going to order last night, and the more I looked at the pictures on V4L, it appeared the manual was much bigger around, plus I did not like all the wierd designs on the colored ones he was showing in the picture. In order to get off the nic, I need something more real looking, and thinner, since I smoke Virginia Slim 100's Menthol, a pack a day, for 40 years.

The V4L did not say if the automatic one was white or black, but the picture showed a white one in a package, that look much thinner than the manuals. I never smoke brown .... analogs because they tasted like burnt paper.

Is your manual bigger around than the automatic one? I am wanting something that is thin looking, since I am a very tiny person. The regular analogs always seem too big on my lips.

Today, I am unable to get onto the V4L website for some reason, keeping getting an error, try again ...hmm? Will try again later.

Thanks JenJen, you are always such a pleasure to speak with! :)
