You got me this >< close to sending you my roll of 28g nickel so you could twist twist twist twist twist a baggie up for me!!!!
I'm looking at my drill thinking oh hell no.....I'd do some real damage up in here.

It takes a loooooong time. But it's dead easy! Literally just bend on end, hand twist it and put that into the chuck. Hold the other end with a plier and start drilling while maintaining tension. No skill required :p

I have one of the first batch rdna40s. I use it all the time and I've been waiting for it to fail. Still no problems to report. It's been solid for me.

Same here.

I haven't tried it at 40watts yet though, I hear that is where you can see if it will be a problem. Waiting for my Hana clone to arrive before I test it.

HMM. It's 28gauge Nickle that I twisted myself using a drill to work harden it.

Then it's 8 or 9 wraps (refer to picture) around 7/64 drill bit. Came out to 0.17 ohms. Working like a beast too. Currently vaping it at 29 watts and it's a wonderful vape

Are you saying you work hardened the wire first with a drill by twisting a single wire at a time, then twisted the two wires together? Or did you just take two pieces of wire off the spool and twist them together with the drill?

That's what I'm hoping people would actually include in their "it's been shipped" posts instead of having to ask them then wait for a response.

Oh neither haha. It's just one single piece of wire, and then I use the drill to twist it. It sounds silly but that's it.

just some information on the VS rDNA30, official statement from VS on their facebook page.

"Vapor Shark
We sold out of rDNA 30's and will no longer be manufacturing them because Evolv will slowly be discontinuing the DNA 30 chip."

^^- pick em up at other vendors if you want one. No more to be manufactured and VS is sold out.

Ahhhh.........I went back and looked at the pic again. I was thinking about the coils I've seen you post that are 2 pieces twisted together.
