Fire button auto fires made a youtuve video also from the minute I opened it day 1.
sebt it back for repair and just no recieved it back and its the same issue. customer service is terrible they will not replace it.
This sucks.
It It has a 120 day warranty, so I think they have to replace it. All other threads I have read regarding service were excellent. Doesn't make sense.

That looks/sound to me like a failed switch under the button - mine clicks rather loud.
I would request a replacement or to return it for a refund.

Stinks getting new stuff and having problems.

I talked talked oscar again and he said he cant replace it for some reason.
Im so furious right now.

I'm very much not a fan of people gaming the system or demanding outrageous things.
This is CLEARLY not one of those cases based on the information I have here.

Customer service is tantamount to business survival these days, and this is leaving a bad taste in my mouth for VaporShark.
Hopefully it will get resolved for you soon.

I should have talked to will from the beginning. If anyone has to call make sure you talk to will he is a stand up guy for sure.
going to do what should have been done return lable and new item sent as soon as there is activity on my end.

Will needs a raise
Good to hear it's being resolved. With a new product launch under way, they don't want negative feedback on this site. Just take care of it and move on.

Glad that was resolved.

I felt the same way when i received my rDNA30 and the minus button got stuck.

I reached out to them and they sent me a return shipping label a couple hours later. Less than a week later I got it back and it has been working like new since.

Yea all is well now. Thank god will is a cool dude and a avid vapor and actually understood the problem.
The other guy must not have liked me and the first time i called i was pretty chill and not to amped up so i dont know.
Just was frustrated being the first real thing ive owned and the girl got it for me as a gift so makes it even worse lol...

Just gone one in gun metal. I'm absolutely loving it. Time to sell my Cloupor DNA30.

I did notice one thing though, the Cana DNA screen is miles better and doesn't have that weird low refresh rate thing the genuine DNA screen has. If you press the fire button very fast just to check how much volts it's pushing you can't really read it, on the Cana you can read it instantly. Apart from that, I LOVE the size of this thing, it's amazing!

So after 2 weeks with the rdna, had to send ina help email and prob send mine back in, 2 pretty big issues have arose:

The 510 connection is wobbly as all hell and some of my atomizters don't sit flush. The natulius mini sits so sloppy, the paint has worn off on the top.

The spring loaded center pin keeps getting pushed through its housing from some connections and I have to disasemble the unit to push it back through so I can use my veritas rda :/

Hope I get Will too lol

I agree, I would say a bad switch on the board. I would definitely ask for a replacement or full refund. Sounds like you haven't talked to the right person yet. I would try to talk to the service manager and see if that helps. :2c:
