If I have an issue that needs to be resolved. I would rather that VaporShark has record of me purchasing it directly from them.

Yes! I've purchased authentic products before on ebay non vape related. It was actually a go pro housing for my camera and well when I got it I verified it was indeed the real deal however a month down the road I had an issue and I contacted go pro about it and since I was "honest" with them and stated I bought it from ebay they immediately said we are sorry but we can't help you. Should of bought from an authorized reseller or the source themselves. Learned that lesson and it won't happen again.
That's EXACTLY why I confirmed they were an authorized Vapor Shark dealer BEFORE I ordered it. It came with the EXACT same 120 day warranty that anyone who orders directly from vaporshark gets & guess what, I got mine before a bunch of people who ordered from vaporshark & they placed their order before I did. All you have to do it check the sellers reputation & confirm they are an authorized dealer. If everything checks out you can buy with confidence, at least that's what I do & I have yet to have any problems.

Curious, did yours come with the 3d box kinda logo on the side?
In a few months they will start production of the Vaporshark with the built in wireless. At that point I will probably try wireless charging with a Qi pad. Didn't want to wait on one. It will be interesting to see what upgraded chip John comes up with from Evolv. Wouldn't surprise me at all if the next iteration of Vaporshark has a new chip with better features and reverse battery protection.
I don't think so. It came in the retail box with a piece plastic around it neatly folded & tapped. I don't see any "3D box logo" or anything. Where is this 3D logo on yours? Is it on the box itself or the plastic wrap?
Ive heard that the wireless charging can cause "clouding" around the screen. This "clouding" supposedly doesn't effect functionality/performance in any way but personally I'd just rather just plug it in than take the chance of my screen clouding, that would bug the .... OUT OF ME!
It will probably be the new chip that eVOLVE built for innokin but 30 watts or more. It has stepdown voltage and some more settings options along with a bunch of new safety features including reverse battery protection.
I saw some on ebay and they were among the 1st 50 unit beta run. Doesn't make it bad though as no changes were made except the logo was dropped from the side of the box.
I actually had somewhat of the same concern as you. Especially new toy day 1 or day 2. However, once the "new toy play time" wore off in about a week, I rarely look at the screen except to check the ballpark bat graphic and when I screw on a new topper just to make sure I'm in the zone.

I'm not even sure what other features I'd want. The rDNA covers all my basic needs. The reverse battery protection doesn't matter to me really. Rarely will need to change the battery and my OCD always has me double-checking that kind of thing.

The clouding would be condensation and not permanent. I haven't had that issue yet.
I'm with Newportlocal, waiting for the wireless built in model. But my phone has wireless charging and I love it.
Well I FINALLY received my rDNA and sharkskin BUT, the invoice included in my package is for a totally different person! The package does have a black rDNA which I ordered but has a pink sharkskin. SMH at VaporShark. I was taking a nap and can't call anymore since they are closed for the day. Can't things just go smoothly.
