The best I have ever used, Love the rDNA 30, This is my go to, Battery life is great, I vape it with a Russian 91%, Great combo, It is set at 12 amps and my coil is reading at 1.6 oms, The bottom read I find to be very useful, with one hand use, I just tilted in up to check the battery life. I was using the ProVari which is also great, the shark rDNA30 tops it..

Thanks, but I won't deal with eBay. I order directly from vendors

Ive heard this sentiment from a lot of people & I find it amusing. Don't get me wrong, buy from whoever you want, that's your right. Just understand that flat out refusing to buy on eBay is only limiting your options & for no real gain. Personally I do prefer buying directly from the vendor if possible, however Ive been buying stuff on eBay for YEARS & Ive had ZERO issues, in fact Ive had more issues with vendors than Ive had buying on eBay. A lot of people don't seem to realize that when you buy something on eBay the seller assumes all the responsibility for the listing. So if what you receive isn't exactly what the seller described your covered by eBay regardless of what the seller does, eBay will refund you your money as well as the shipping cost & then THEY will deal with the seller. Not only have Ive been able to get genuine, authentic devices on eBay that were sold out everywhere else I got the same warranty the vendor offers but with faster shipping times. If a seller has 98% positive feedback & a feedback score of 2000+ that should tell you something about their integrity. Do you really think a seller with an excellent reputation is just going to, out of the blue, rip someone off & ruin their reputation, I don't think so. Even if a seller did 'TRY" to rip you off, YOUR COVERED BY EBAY! If you don't want to buy off eBay then fine, that's entirely your choice but lets be honest here, its really because of paranoia, fear & ignorance, not because eBay is a shady place to buy things in general.

Still on the hunt for a Blackberry case or the likes to clip onto my pocket / belt w/e that I can carry this bad boy around with me. I know there is a case like this out there somewhere!

Ive been thinking about a case for the rDNA as well. I think the Innokin MVP/VTR case might work (1st pic below). I love black leather & it has space for a bottle of juice to. If the rDNA fits snugly & wont move around inside of it I might get one. If anyone ends up getting one please let us know how it works with the rDAN.

There's also SerenityGear Leather that makes some really nice mod holsters. I didn't see any for the Vapor Shark models but the first two options for the Reo Mini (2nd pic below) look like they might work, IDK? They do have a custom option but it always seems to be unavailable.

I hear you. They do seem to respond to Facebook posts to keep appearances. Put your comment on there and they will answer. I know you have it in the the thread from your last post , but a separate post would have better luck. It is annoying that people have to revert to that. They really need to hire a bunch of people and straighten stuff out.

Yeah, definitely going to post again on FB tomorrow if I don't hear anything back by afternoon.

I know this is the rDNA thread but I didn’t see one for the VS DNA30 – Well I just got one yesterday and it’s pretty darn nice. I had a chance to see both mods at a local shop (both were spoken for so I went to the site) and was really very taken by the size (or lack thereof) of the little one. The apparently updated? 1300mah battery lasted me from noon yesterday until 3:00pm today and then charged to full power in a little over 2 hrs. I’m only vaping at 9 to 10 watts but that’s still pretty good. If this thing holds up I’ll be very happy – Hopefully the battery can stand a few hundred cycles before I have to send it back. Did I mention I like the size?
Question on the LiPo battery – Do you “top them off” or run them down or does it matter?
Thanks
JJK

With a LiPo battery you can charge it whenever it's a little different then say your average "car or deep cycle" battery where they recommend you fully discharge before re charging however with a LiPo it's way different you can just charge whenever without decreasing it's life span.

I'm not positive in this particular case (so don't go loading your shotgun) but its possible his charge port broke due to user error. You have to be pretty careful & deliberate when plugging a micro usb charge cable into any device. Ive seen many people being very careless & clumsy when using & plugging in electronic devices. They carelessly JAM the plug in WAY to hard & tug & pull on the device while its charging & then wonder why it ends up braking. Once the micro usb is plugged in it doesn't take very much force to rip that port off the board. I'm not saying this is the case with Adam, it is possible he did receive his rDNA with a defective port, I'm just throwing another possibly this out there.

An update after three days of non-stop usage ...

Firstly, I bought my first RBA, a Kayfun Lite Plus V2. I like it so much I have another one on order. I did a micro-coil build, sitting at 1.3ohms right now and organic cotton wick stuck through it with the wick ends pointing towards the juice channels. It's heavenly!

Lessons learned from my first Kayfun build: As easy and convenient as it may seem: do not fill from the top unless you want juice flooding the chamber and pouring out the air hole all over your mod. Do it like it's meant to be done: from the fill hole.

I'm relatively new to vaping; I never thought it would actually turn in to a hobby. I have just as much fun building/playing with these things as I do vaping them! :D And now with two kayfun RBAs and a Nautilus Mini, I feel like I have an excellent selection of tanks to hold various juices. I love them all; though the kayfuns ... wow. Gotta be careful; get a little light-headed pretty quickly with all that vapor production!

As for the rDNA ... still performing like a champ. I have noticed that the screen scratches *VERY* easily. In order to remedy this, I purchased a clear screen protector that you typically see installed on various smartphones. I cut one up to size the rDNA screen and it works very well... no more worrying about scratches!

So I got my rDNA + sharkskin earlier today. (had some issues with the stupid post office person who lies). But I have to say I LOVE this thing. Started vaping about a month or so ago and have only used mech mods, but damn this rdna is awesome. 3 things I noticed though.

1. My positive terminal is on top
2. The screw for the battery door does not have a "stopper" on the back as in pbusardo's video
3. One of the "fins" on the battery door is super tight, making it difficult to open/close the battery door.

But other than that, this thing is a monster. Love it. Easily my fav mod thus far. Will definitely buy the new one when it comes out so I have a backup.

Ive been pondering trying to craft something myself from like a pager housing and some kinda cloth or material, however, I think a Blackberry case would be perfect, if we could just find one with the right dimensions.

Edit: Since I don't have mine handy, what are the dimensions of the shark?
3.25 tall 1. 7 wide. 9 deep

I just pulled the trigger on the rDNA last night, it is on backorder. I have debated about this issue for awhile mec REO or adjustable electronics. So I am glad I got this or going to get it sometime  , still going to get REO sometime later, but for now this is going to be great compared to what I have. Now going to order Veritos and Plume Veil clones.
My Segelei, Vamo3,Tesla with Kayfuns are great, but I am about to get a little bit better.

Love this Forum

My local B&M had that one on the left, put the shark in it, and the whole setup was just huge, way to big for my liking.

That one on the right could have some good potential! Looks just like what I was hoping to find. Gonna have to investigate! ! Good find!

yay for the positive experiences being posted! especially the folks that, like me, have begun their Vapor journeys, getting into rebuildables, etc. It IS a hobby now.. and I think that has added to the cessation of smoking for me.. gave me something to point my loaded obsessive mind at!

I sincerely believe, now having had my VS rDNA for over a month, it is one of the best purchases I have ever made. it is just rock solid and dependable for me.

on Mr.Bedfellows polite rant about e bay, I would concur with him. I've purchased all sorts of stuff from that auction, and have never been disappointed. But I use my brain when I do it.. I usually always message the seller first. that's gauge number of their intentions, gauge number one is their feedback scores.

just last week, I bought a A-Mod (zna clone) from a ebay. I want and will eventually get, an authentic, but wanted to conserve that extra $150 this month, as I had already blown my vape budget.. lol. the seller was quick to respond, informative, helpful. sealed the deal. Additionally, he offered MORE warranty on the device than the other sites selling these as drop-shippers. Any way, I have it, I'm very pleased. Its not as solid as my Authentic VS rDNA,.. its a clone.. duh.. but its decent and good value for the money. I can always recommend e bay.. just have to use your wits when buying from there.
