Wow, I'm glad I went ahead and canceled my preorder (58464) and paid the extra 40 or 50 bucks and got a Hana. It's already in hand. Had it since Monday. It would be hard to tell when I would have got the VS. I'm absolutely loving the Hana. It's looks amazing, works amazing, and is super quality. Anyone that doesn't want to wait, I would highly suggest throwing in the extra bit and getting a Hana right away. Movapes does free express shipping with them too.

I looked at the Hana and from past observations, I'd rather have a smaller device and one that isn't hot glued together. And as bad as everyone seems to think VS's customer service is, Hana's is possibly worse. I don't have experience with either but this is what I got from reading posts and reviews of both. Every place I've seen selling the Hana DNA40 offers free shipping. The extra few bucks I saved went to a Hana clone .

Sorry rDNA 40 posters, I have a rDNA 30 question.

Does anyone else have an issue with their rDNA 30 not charging? I left mines on the charger all night, with the red led on. This morning it was still uncharged. I swapped the battery and it works fine but the battery was never charged. This is not the first time it's happened. I use the VTC4 that came with the device. This morning I swapped it with a VTC5 that I normally use with my mechs.

Will it actually charge the VTC5? If so, then your VTC4 probably just went bad.

I concur. if it will charge another battery then that points to the battery, not the device.

The VTC4 charges just fine on my Nitecore i2. And the rDNA30 charges the vtc5.

Just a followup on my rDNA30 problem (which I posted about earlier in the thread). I was emailed a return shipping tag for service. I mailed it out on Monday 11/3 and it arrived at Vapor Shark on Wednesday 11/5. Today is 11/7 and I have a tracking number for it being shipped back to me.

It was repaired under warranty. They replaced the Evolve DNA 30 board/display.

Pretty quick turnaround. Service was fast so no complaints there. I did have to call them to find out what was done to it...I received a tracking number with no explanation.

Dunno. I was still considering getting the DNA 30.

My putter (Scotty Cameron), 3 and 5 woods are from about 18 yrs ago and rely on them. I have Titleist irons that are about 8 yrs old that are still good. I stopped buying into all the golf "technology" years ago. If you suck, no driver, iron or putter will make you better.

Usually there's a "departed sort facility" when a package is enroute, but mine only says "arrived"... Expected delivery is tomorrow. Usually the day before I get a package it's at my local sort facility by now...

USPS is 2-3 days. They're usually optimistic on delivery dates and can be 1-2 days past the expected delivery date.

My rDNA40 came today. I'm very short on time but thought it is worth mentioning that the rDNA30 Shark Skin fits perfectly. They offered to swap it for an rDNA40 Shark Skin but they didn't have the color I wanted so I stuck with the rDNA30.

The caliper measurements of the rDNA40 are 82.44mm (3.25") tall x 42.27mm (1.66") wide 24.71mm (.97") deep

The magnetic battery door attaches firmly enough that I wouldn't be concerned about it staying on in a pocket or purse but it comes off easy peasy.
