I believe orders placed on December 1st, 2014 has all been shipped. Mine was Order #100064372, placed at 2340hrs on 12/1/2014, received yesterday.

I received mine (in the 64200's) 1/12. Included battery did not work. Thought it might be low charge due to the backlog. Threw it on the Nitecore which showed as full. Put it back in VS--No Joy!

Popped in a Sony VTC4 came right up.

Looks like the LG HE's top is a bit caddywampus (which I emailed support about)
Therefore I guess they do not test each unit with the battery before they send it out.

Anyone else with this issue? I thought about prying up the internal contacts of battery compartment but
1) don't wand to void a warranty by screwing it up
2) why would the VTC work fine?

Hey finally got my VS today! Feel like I was the last one to get mine from all the Cyber Monday orders here. Loving the feel of the device and the new screen looks a lot better than before. But anyways I've been running into a problem. I keep hitting max temp too quickly (I've set it at 430 degrees). My coil seems to be fine; all of the connections are tightened down all the way and aren't backing out.

My coil is a 11 wrap, 28-gauge spaced coil around a 3mm screwdriver coming in at 0.13 ohms at rest.

Anyone have any ideas on why it's hitting temperature protection too quickly/any good tips on building?

Thanks.

Have you made sure both the mod and the atty are at room temp before using it?

I haven't had much luck with Ni200 using post holes, unless I'm using twisted 30 too

Sadly this is not the case. Mine decided to take a right on the way to NYC from Fla and passed my house in Long Island on it's way back into Manhattan and my office. I'm hoping I see it sometime tomorrow, since it was scheduled to arrive either on the 9th or 10th. Gogo USPS!

I figured out what was going on. I had my wattage set at 35-40 watts and at that wattage it was heating up too quickly and hitting the temp limit too fast, so it wasn't able to produce a lot of vapor. Now that it's working I really am starting to enjoy this device. First regulated mod that I've owned and I can say that it was worth the wait. The new coating too seems really nice. Only time will tell how long it'll last, but for now I really like it.

Thanks for the help!

I feel your pain. Mine left a sort facility in florida on the 10th at 6am. Hasn't been scanned anywhere else since. Still waiting for it. Scheduled date was the 12th.

Don't lose hope. I was in the same situation, left OPA LOCKA, FL on the 9th. Expected delivery Monday the 12th. No scans until 4:13am today at a sorting facility here in So Cal. I'm thinking tomorrow will be the day. CM order here initially shipped on the 8th.

Mine shipped out from there as well. I'm in the Chicago area. Normally this is a 2 day process. :(
