I received the vivinova 2.5 today and am wondering if others are noticing it has a really tight draw? The v2 was much more airy but it leaked. Is there any way to loosen up the draw?
How tight a draw? I only have one vivi 2.5 but to me the draw is a tad bit looser than the stardusts, and about like a filler carto. Definitely not as loose as a ce3, but although I like them, those are a bit too loose for me.
Hi, I have two original vivi novas that I ordered from here when they first came out. i only used it once, because out of 5 heads , only 1 worked. i want to give the new one another try as I heard and read good things, and all the improvements that were made. But I have noticed on the web, there is a V3 out.......and gotvapes have the version 2.5. Is the Version 2.5 the same as version 3? so many versions like the stardust visions, that it can be confusing.
Is the center post on these made of steel?
With the post being two sharp semicircles with little surface area, and the post being longer then the threads, it seems like its pretty much designed to damage the contact in the 510 connector on the ecig, and maybe the threads, too. (its visibly damaged the contacts on all my ego batts, and the threads on one)
I still prefer it to the Stardusts as its lasted for more then 2 weeks without breaking so far (6 weeks and counting yay), so I guess whatever plastic they used this time is fit for purpose. Less weird unexplainable leaks too.
IMHO it should be a closed tube at the end with a more standard post length.

Deb, I like the tight draw, maybe it is just me , but I use dual coil cartos and to me it is similar to the draw on them.
I am finding that with the Vivi 2.5 and the Ego Twist I can't seem to get the voltage high enough to get a strong enough vape. I had gone down to 6 mg. I will try switching to 12 mg. and see if that works better.

Hi Sandy. I do too, I realize that sounded like I was asking sort of, but I responding to the post above me, I should have quoted it.
got some new heads in for the nova, 2.8's. first one has lasted about a week, cleaned and dry burned it a couple of times and since the last cleaning the head has been tasting a little like burnt rubber. tried a second, brand new head and i'm still getting that burnt taste. new head is metering at 2.8, vaping it at anything over 4.1v it starts to get funky. any ideas?
ya i got an idea, don't vape it over 4.1 lol... serious though, have you tried building your own coils? its very simple and cheap. I got some sq braided cotton wick coming any day now and plan to shy away from the silica wick.
edit to say i just notice you mention 2.8 heads, are they the fat wick ones or the tiny 4 wick ones?

Just got my new mini today and right out of the box(well gave the 2.4 a quick dry burn)it works great, great vapor and thats useing my ego battery and thats what I got it for. Now I don't know what I'll do with all my stardusts. I really like them but the new mini might be better. I use the bigger tank nova on my lava tube and it's just great also! I'm in LOVE> Thanks GV
