I hear adapters don't work well on autos, but you can try. I'm glad you're happy too. :D I am a big fan of clearos, been using them for months, but I have not even tried them for the Volt. My whole point in the Volt, like you, was for the cig feel. The clearo just kinda kills that to me.

Not sure if anyone sells LR 808s. I like the way these carots perform, and that the coils are away from the filler, so I am sticking with the Volt cartos. :)

I'm using the carto right now, and I find that I just have to pull more vapor into my mouth before inhaling vs. my eGo setup. My adapter should be here by Friday, so I'll know soon enough if I can get a higher TH.

I have 3 people that want to quit right now, and I am finding that if I can get satisfaction out of the Volt being a 20 year harsh menthol smoker (different experience than the ego, but still satisfying), they should be good to go. I'm going to lay out all of the startup costs and benefits of both systems and let them decide. Although, even if the Volt doesn't work for them, you can't beat $20 for the starter kit as a test.

The biggest plus is it feels like I am smoking a cigarette, just like you said! No button, no lightsaber effect, etc. :D

Thank you! I really want to be sold on this as you can tell. ;)

You really should try the 78mm in auto or manual with a Volt cart. They are awesome batteries and their carts work great. No matter what I buy I still use my smaller Volts. They put out a lot of vapor and are very satisfying to use. I've got a twist that I love but I never leave the house without my Volt and a few carts and I always keep a couple close by at home.

I am definitely coming to this conclusion. I've been having trouble tasting juices today so I figured I would use my volt to simulate a stinky analog, and the vapor production is amazing (my mind thinks I'm smoking an analog - this is the first time I have ever used an automatic battery - I love it!). I've finally figured out how to draw on it to et a good TH. I barely draw, just enough to activate the battery and let the juice heat up and vaporize slowly into my mouth (ew, that doesn't sound right). Anyway, then I get a nice vape on the inhale with an impressive TH.

I've been vaping for about a month now, off the analogs since day one, and I've only used a Volt auto. I take a puff to start the battery, then about a 4 second drag, then inhale. Gives me TH, flavor, lots of vapor. It took some getting used to, of course, but now it's second nature and I love it. Really have no desire to even try a manual at this point.

I prefer the auto on a small battery. I think it works best for someone just starting to vape and trying to stop analogs. I have manual X2s but I use them for clearomizers. I also have a X2 in auto that I use for carts. I like the longer battery life. But a lot of people, like my daughter, prefer to stay with the small battery and a cart.
