FUTURE IDEA: Variable Voltage X2?

I use adapters too. The only thing I didn't like about them was the added length, but I found some short ones that only add about 1/16th" to the overall length of the device.....so now I'm happy. :)

When I switched from eGos and Rivas, I kept them and use them once in a while. Recently I got an eGo Twist to use the 3.2 to 3.4 volt settings for dessert flavors. Some of them taste better to me at the lower voltage. But my main PVs are my Volts and their cartos are the best. So the 808 remains the best choice for me. I can't use the clearos on the eGos but the cartos, CE3s and Nanos work great with an adapter.

I agree on all counts.
I'm just as likely to dial the voltage down a bit as I am to increase it depending on what I'm vaping.
The SI carto's are simply the best I've used. That's probably due to their horizontal coil design and quality control.
