Since this post is in the "Variable Voltage mods Discussion" I assume you're looking for a top quality VV rig. The Provari is the king right now. It has a loyal following because of its excellent construction, nice finish, and versatility.

The SB isn't considered a VV, although you can use different battery choices and pairings to change voltage from 3.7 to 5, 6, or 7.4. The Omega is made by the same people who produce the SB and is the same excellent build quality. The Megaladon is also considered to be in the same class, although I haven't seen one personally.

There's always the Helix (non vv) from eliquidplanet. It's about as big as it gets running a 26650. The Saber Touch is interesting, having a solid state touch sensor. It has several cosmetic options and is available at 3.7 volt, 5 volt regulated and variable voltage. What really interested me was the new high power option which allows this mod to run at almost 5 amps! There on the large side though but worth looking at.

In VV, for a good price point, excellent ruggedness and performance (good voltage regulation [no drift as batteries discharge], good run time between charges, 15W max power), notcigs Infinity Pro. Slightly more expensive, same electronics and run time, Buzz Pro. Lower cost, lower build quality, provides an LCD display (if you want one, different people have different wants), Lava Tube (or one of the many ones popping up now that are actually the same unit, just rebranded). Higher price than notcigs, also excellent per many users, a bit lower max watts though higher max voltage than the notcigs PVs, has an LCD, the Provari. These are all tube mods, there are also several good box format ones out there, and Reo is coming out with a new one based on the notcigs circuitry.
