I always saved the condoms for drip tip covers to keep the fuzzies out. If I remember, there was a refill video about them where you would put the juice in the cover and then press the carto down into the cup and force the juice up into the filler material. I never tried it myself before I moved on to the clearomisers.

Bingo! Yes!!! The condom filling method. I forgot all about it! Hah! That's why I was saving those--and only the bottom ones were usable; the top ones had a little plug inside. It was a messy proposition.

Thank you, Cats! :D

I remember Retired1 saying they were going to be doing several forum "rebuilds" during the week.
Could be why we are still seeing a few hiccups.

I did the condom fill all the time!! I remember it well, and yes, Katya, I too have used condoms in the drawer.

I've been using up those condoms for priming modern tank coils :).

On my IPad, in both ECF and aluminum, I cannot see any avatars, and the rating buttons are gone...I have cleared cookies and still no go. Looks fine on my laptop.

Also, I view the forum in desktop mode, don't use tapatalkie...

I’m using an iPad 99% of the time. Also using Safari in regular browser mode like you and haven’t had any of the issues you’ve described. Maybe some other iPad users can chime in. I’m curious if either one of us is “the odd man out”.

Hope you get it sorted out. :)

Good evening @Oliver. Has the old xengallery (legacy picture) library directory been migrated (or omitted)? Images no longer propagate from this directory. During the change to XF I pulled from there as images were having problems in the new hierarchy. Many links to older content still fails to display. But direct links to the xengallery directory has reliably worked until now. I created a gallery sequence from source files there used all over the forum and it's down. Help please.

Thx in adv for looking into this (as you have time).

    Good luck. :)

p.s. The pictures come up in (user) edit mode!

Still unresolved. Pic's from the former xengallery don't display in threads. (They do in reply or edit mode.)

    Good luck. :)

Is there a "reference" to the double-posting issues going on?

Symptoms: You post a reply. The "wait animation" plays, and plays, and plays. I think it quits. Nothing "comes back" and it looks like nothing happened (but I think it really did post, but didn't refresh.) If you wait long enough, and do a refresh, you'll see the results. BUT, if you think "it didn't work" and you press [post reply] again, then you'll get a double-post happening. Or maybe it will "hang" again, and then you risk a triple post!

Seems much more frequent after "the move" so I'm putting this here. Maybe it's something else like on-going modifications, and it's not related to the server migration. IDK.

Some of the rebuilds we're doing are quite server intensive. During these times, you're going to see an impact on forum performance.
