Moderated means a moderator or owner have to accept or OK the person that wants to join the forum. They would have to apply to join.
From the Social Groups explaination page:
Moderated: A SG(social groups) moderator or owner must approve the members after they apply

I'm still trying to come to terms with the fact that MonsterKenny (ProVape's Supplier Associate in the ProVape forum) didn't know there was a ProVari sub-forum, let alone that it was about to be closed.
From what i gather its a sub forum right? Is there certain topics being removed or the whole section? I don't see where that would be an issue moving a general topic over here, discussions, Photos ETC. We enjoy reading everyones comments and seeing everyones setups
