This is not scam, guys. It's a black market, where no one is forcing you to buy.

Always ask for opinion or check market prices before you buy. If it is slightly more or more of a rare item, it is still alright. If it is too much overpriced, then just look around for other alternatives.

Not getting from black market in local, is there a white market whereby confirm u get what you paid.

I've seen 5-6 x the cost in black market. Its up to individual. No one can force you to buy.

You guys just have to do much more research on who sells the things you need locally. I've seen friend's of mine whose supplier sell mods at malaysian cost price here locally.
