I purchased a really expensive Maytag washing machine from Home Depot last year... You know the Lonely Maytag Man commercials? These things NEVER fail... Right?
Well, mine blew the main bearing in six months.
Yep, made me really angry... I called Home Depot and they said call Maytag... I called Maytag and they said call a local repair
shop, warranty repair will be determined AFTER the service guy looks at it.
Not satisfying at all.
My Infinity had an issue shortly after getting it last year... I printed an RMA and shipped or back... Within the same week I had a working PV that has not had a problem since.
All things considered, notcigs service is better than Maytag... Universally considered to be the best in the business...
While I was upset that I had an issue to deal with, I have to say that ANY product can fail... How it gets handled is the only thing that matters.
If you expect to own products that never fail, try analogs...they always light when you put a flame to them and puff... Anything else may, on occasion need service.
