West coast meet/ oregon coast

Hey Everyone! Looking to put a meet together and get a bunch of westcoasters together! I have about 6 people + already wanting to come. Looking to host it at Three Rivers Casino in Florence Oregon. Not sure on a date or anthing yet. I'm trying to get a guess of how many people would come. Please comment and let me know if you would be interested and what days work best for you.
