I saw the EA mod mentioned here a couple of times. It appears readily available also. Looks like a good mod. Curious as to why it made so few lists.

Any love out there for the EA?

EA mod is good but you already mentioned the deadly phrase yourself "READILY AVAILABLE". And at the same time some people believe that it is a kind of copy of GG. I believe that any of these high end mod is "beauty in the eyes of the beholder".

Others that were mentioned in here, you have to have a lot of patience and check the manufacturer site or forum news often in order to get one. But this seems to attract a lot of followings.

I'm an EA lover LOL. there's a thread down a ways about it. seems that people want the ones that are unavailable. I ordered mine from vapedudes but if I had to do it all over again, I'd have ordered it straight from electricangel.fi I think you can get it $20 cheaper there, they take off some sort of tax if you aren't in the UK.

I am going to say it, I have chi-you's, zenesis, and some rollers, I can attest at least a 15% harder hit with my BBM steam punk. The only thing I can think of as to why is the copper tube. All brass chi-you no comparison.. Double checked all connections for oxidation, same batteries, etc, I'm not alone in this - the BBM SP requires you to recoil your atties and add at least one more coil for more resistance! It hit's harder than anything on the market. I use no-ox-id all on my other mods to help with conductivity where the treads are involved, not with the BBM SP.. no need (yet)...

I am going to say the actual copper tubing metal plays a role here, and rocks this thing.. If I had the equipment I would run a voltage drop on this mod, but the clouds I get on this tell me everything I need to know...

BBM Steam Punk is the best mech on the market. Feel free to watch The Hill Giants review on it for a second opinion.

Honestly, it's worth the wait for a really nice mod. I bided my time for my GGTS and Ody (daily/out and about) and sat for my Poldiac. I was all about my Ultra-max while dripping...Sometimes knowing what you handle is limited is amazing and makes everything you do just that much better.

Just donated my Cobra to a co-worker, let my Ultra-Maxes go for dirt (w/ AVAs).
Whats the MOD in your Avatar? Looks .......in' sick! Is it purple?

I use a hobby charger if i need to fully charge an 18650 in an hour...
but i have a Trustfire TR003P4 for regular use.

no complaints about it.

I was going to suggest that... TR003P4 ... 4 bays, not expensive, safe, handles different sizes.
For fast charging i use a Pila - 2bays, needs spacers, safe $50.

don't forget you need IMR good quality if you are using LR atomizers

Great. That means the TrustFire TR-003P4 @ $19.95 is a good buy, right?

My batteries still hold a full charge after 6 months of use... so from my experience, the charger is doing its job just fine.

To me, these plug&play chargers are all the same, someone may come in and say otherwise.
A 500mA charger will function just like any other, but this is just my opinion.
Spending more than $30 on this type of charger is just silly to me.

Bear in mind one of my hobby grade chargers cost me $250 and it still required a power supply. 8-o
But that is a whole different monster. Four 2600mAh 18650's in about an hour... easy ;)
But its overkill for e-cig use.

Never know when you'll decide to step up and vape a multi-cell pack that needs to have each cell balance charged... :D
... it could happen...

you ever have that day, when you are going out for the weekend, and you just realized all your batteries are dead... and the one your vaping on is on its last 10 minutes.....
I dont :2cool:

I should stop derailing this thread....

very very cool Caravela Buzz!
BBM must be in the "unObtain" too... face it ... most of us won't get a chance at those, even with patience and stealth... its all about being in the right place at the right time... some of us just never get there (ever, most of the time... oh whatever)

Here's a good point though:..... there are quite a few devices that do the trick and are only slightly off the mark of the "best" if that.
UnObtainium has a lure that makes it that much more exciting and thrilling even... more power to 'em...

the "also rans" "contenders" on this list ie. P+
-these things are built to last (at the time they were designed as a very high end mechanical for atomizers and carto's), but they have great lifetime warranty, hit like a truck... theres plenty of those out there... funny how you don't see them in the classies much, but a WTB will bring them out.

yeah, i got on the list before the hype skyrocketed for the Caravela... i thought it looked pretty

Mods like the P+ are amazing, they dont show up on the classifieds much, cuz there isnt really a reason to get rid of one...
those things are bullet proof.

Always recommended from me.
