Im a Chief Engineer on a ship, been working for the same company for 25 years. on this particular ship 10 years. I go on watch in about 1 hr. then I get on the computer in my office vape and surf the web, and wait for something to go wrong so I can help my assistants fix it. Something might break in 1 hr. or maybe 1 week. We never know..

I have been in manufacturing for most of the last 40 years. Right now we are in the mist of installing a new ERP system. Been preparing for months. Most of us worked alot of overtime to build ahead in case of a train wreck when it goes live Monday.

What a coincidence.... We went live this past Monday. It did not go well but getting better. I have been on the testing and development team since early on. We have had to do a lot of custom programming to get what we need.
