Running 34 kanthal coil and I guess 400 mesh. But not getting enough smoke. Wrapped it 4-5 already on 4.0 volts on 2.5ohm. What do you guys use?

i wrap mine with 28 gauge so i can have low low low ohms with a lot of wraps. plus the wire is thicker and i feel theres less hot spots. mine is wrapped 4/5 and its about .8 ohms making clouds on my chi chi.
34 is a little too thin and thus too high of a resistance. At 4 volts on 2.5 ohm, you are running 6.4 watts, which i would say is way too low on a mesh wick.
I recommend using 30 gauge.
Also, your vape depends largely on your build quality, like how you rolled the wick, how you wrapped you coil... Many variables. Check out some tutorials on youtube.

A Provari is a regulated device, so you cant use a coil under 1 ohm or so. 1.3 should be a good bet.
Mesh, im still experimenting for thick juices, but normal thin juices, 500 mesh wicks hands down the best so far. I cant find 635 mesh to try, but 500 is doing fine for me and i dont feel the need to upgrade any timemsoon.
