I know what you mean Wally. I haven't found myself purchasing exercise equipment, but since making the switch I HAVE found myself spontaneously dancing all by myself.

I had no idea what crappy shape I am in. Needless to say it's going to take a long time for me to work myself up to a 30 minute workout. I only did 5 yesterday but felt like 30 to me.
And I was on the lowest resistance setting. OMG!!!! Even though I have had 30 to 35 less analogs per day for the past year my lungs still have a long way to go. Hopefully this will push me to get totally off of them.My wife tried taking a video of me on it but it turned out worthless because she was laughing so hard.

Well i DONNO About a free car but I know this I am saving enough money from not smoking analogs that I could prolly finance a Corvette, and break even or even save a few bucks still.. I smoke 2 packs a day for over 20 years and in the last 4 years my packs went from $4-5a pack to $10-11 p/ pack yeah i was spending $150 per week on my analogs .. yeah $600 p/month,, it now costs me 1/10th of thatand I can breath its amazing 11 months no cigs..these things are the best invention to ever come out of China! hell i think it may be the only thing china invented lol.. But Im 40 and haven't felt this good in I cant remember when.

That's funny !I actually had a treadmill once a long time ago. I figured I'd end up throwing laundry on it too. But I actually used that thing until I wore it out to my surprise
Then I moved from that place and never got another one so now I'm a FATBUTT
I've started doing the walking thing, which hasn't been too bad, but I decided to start doing pushups too, and that has been miserable, absolutely miserable. Keep it up wally, you'll get there
I have an elliptical, tread mill, full nautalous, and full free weights set,, none of which I use lol.. I used to be a work out nut.. but got old or something.. im waitin for the mid life crysis to kick in soon, so im sure it will come back into play sooner or later lol... Right now im just gettin fat but i know its there so sooner hopefully rather thatn later lol

Congrats on cutting way down on the analogs, Sir. Similar to you, I smoked 1.5 packs a day for 35-ish years. Haven't smoked a single one in nearly 3.5 years. Everyone has a different time table. I trust your time in being completely off the demons will come soon. Good luck... you've done great so far. =)
