Do you find that helps with the drink/nic craving? I've been having issues with it. I end up chain vaping.

I been vaping almost 2 years now.
I was able to drop to 0 nic pretty fast - within 3 months.
I'm not worried about nic.

Part of the reason I vape some of the 24mg once a day is probably because eliquid ain't cheap, so I figure I'd get a taste of the stuff once a day undiluted, but i'd probably reduce that to once a week.

I can't say I really get any cravings anymore; I think the cravings were gone in the first 6 months

but yes if you do have craving issues, it does help to have a high strength tank standing by for an occasional toke

Like the title says, what nic level do you use?

How long have you quit analogs for this use?

Why are you at this nic level?

I'm at 3mg. I've paired down from 12mg and at some point hope to go to 0. Nothing against the nic, but I have enough things raising my blood pressure. Eliminating at least one would be wonderful. Lol.
I started at 24mg 6 month ago after smoking 1 pound of pipe tobacco for 20 years and smoking cigarettes for 25 years before that. I am now down to 6mg.I do not use sub-ohm tanks so will probably not go lower.nicotine does provide some positive health benefits like improved brain function and digestion as well as some protection from Alzheimer,Parkinson, and dementia as well as certain forms of intestinal and stomach cancers. nicotine does raise blood pressure but so does stress and nicotine can reduce stress.so I plan to keep a little in my juice for these benefits.it is a bit of a balancing act and it depends a lot on your situation and family history.

TY TY TY....lol....I am coming off over pack a day of Marlboro Red 100's... Smoker for 36 years, non smoker for just under 6 months!!!!

I know that feeling my friend. I was in the Infantry for 27 years. Within 6 mos of joining the Army I was dipping Copenhagen and smoking the cowboy killers, sometimes at the same time. Quitting has been quite a journey and had to wait until my retirement to do. I tried umpteen times while I was in, but EVERYONE smoked and/or dipped. Slightest stress, momentary weakness and I was caught in the web again.

I've been smoke free for 3 years and dip free for 2 weeks. Gogogogo me! LOL.

Started at 24mg and slowly but surely went down to 18 - 12 - 6mgs.
I still vape some 24mg just due i don't wanna waste the juice i've.

But i usualy sit around 12mg for RTA and 6mgs for RDAs.

Quite amazing that i can still handle 24mg in my kayfun though... (Don't ever try to drip 24mgs though, uueh!)

Edit: I used to be 1.5 or 2 packs a day smoker, strongest ones we've available.

Long term Menthol Light smoker, about 2 PAD. 2.5 months ago. Not a ciggie since.

My 1st bottle was 18 and was too much. Been using 12 from the beginning.

There are now actually a couple juices that I like so much, I am considering ordering them in 6 or 8 so I can vape more
of them when I have the time. (Ie; not at work).

I'd be happy getting to 6 someday.

0mg.

1 year almost.

Why are you at this nic level?
I wanted to quit, not get addicted to something else in the process though.
Had I known of this forum back then, I may well have tried lowering slowly, but I took the leap and never looked back,
Lastly, I am aiming to vape on weekends only or special occasions, like a fine malt, wine or dry herb.
