Do you find that helps with the drink/nic craving? I've been having issues with it. I end up chain vaping.
I started at 24mg 6 month ago after smoking 1 pound of pipe tobacco for 20 years and smoking cigarettes for 25 years before that. I am now down to 6mg.I do not use sub-ohm tanks so will probably not go lower.nicotine does provide some positive health benefits like improved brain function and digestion as well as some protection from Alzheimer,Parkinson, and dementia as well as certain forms of intestinal and stomach cancers. nicotine does raise blood pressure but so does stress and nicotine can reduce stress.so I plan to keep a little in my juice for these benefits.it is a bit of a balancing act and it depends a lot on your situation and family history.Like the title says, what nic level do you use?
How long have you quit analogs for this use?
Why are you at this nic level?
I'm at 3mg. I've paired down from 12mg and at some point hope to go to 0. Nothing against the nic, but I have enough things raising my blood pressure. Eliminating at least one would be wonderful. Lol.

yep the benefits of nicotine have been in the works for yearsI'm starting to resemble that remark @Caro123. Really interesting research with that though isn't it?
