I haven't read other's suggestions but IMHO, try using 2.5mm ID coils.
When I used 3mm ID coils (which most people recommended to me) I had the same problem you have with your Siren. Combined with fact that after those 40 puffs I would get nonstop dry hits.
My go-to Siren builds are :
26AWG Spaced Kanthal A1 6 wraps
30*2x38AWG 6wraps Ni80 Superfine Fused Clapton from VandyVape
28x40AWG SS316L 6wraps Clapton from Coilology
36AWG 3x2 fishtail braid Ni80 6 wraps (handmade) (I also tried 35AWG,34AWG and swapping the material for Kanthal, all work flawlessly, considering I use mechanical I enjoyed 34AWG Ni80 the most)
All on 2.5mm ID
Cotton I use is Puff organic cotton.

@ShaneR42

what RTA are you using to mimmik the draw feeling from the Nautilus ?

My goto tank, and the one I've been using 99% of the time the last 18 months or so, is the SXK Doggy Style. Have several with another on the way. And probably a few more as I'm concerned SXK may discontinue it with a new model out.

Anyway, it can get as tight as the Mini...give or take a bit. There are some recent releases, as well, that have a good mini like draw. Berserker, Berserker Mini, Galaxies RDTA are ones I've used. Haven't tried any newer ones.
