Yeah, most mods allow this and although I understand the reason that the Provari doesn't (chip is attached) it would be awesome if they figured out a work around for the V2.

Now to expand on this it could go a long ways... Let's say the top cap can be swapped. As often as needed; Provari could sell new top caps with chip software 2.0, 2.1, 2.2 and so on... Say you want the new software that just comes out that includes new setting features that allow a setting for a product that replaces atomizers in the future or you want the Provari 1.0 software that has the current options you can do that. Or buy a top cap that has your custom setting and options for a variable price.

Um. As opposed to the PWM it comes with now?

LOL I had the same reaction at first...Upon further inspection I think he meant have it be a 3.7v mod like the Provape-1, but be able to toggle an option to make it VV. Personally to me I think just setting the Provari to 3.7v achieves that just fine without an extra switch.

Also, NO box mod Provari.

I've mentioned this before in other forums...But something I'd like to see on a mod is a magnetic Atty connector. Something similar to how the power adapters work on a macbook. You could easily switch out different atty connectors and other accessories. I'd also like to see a juice feeder, wattage adjustment, higher voltage, better support for dual coils, and pretty much everything else that you guys are mentioning. Oh and perhaps transformation into a laser sword/lightsaber....with adjustable color and length of laser blade.

LMAO!!! In other news, I'm slightly annoyed now, because I already have 6 different mod projects going simultaneously, and now Im gonna want to work on magnetic atty connectors too. Jeez.

As i have yet to get my provari I'm going to add a speculation idea. I have heard a lot of people say they can't ramp up the voltage on dual cartos like they want because of the way the provari reads the ohms on them. Having the provari warn you with a flashing button that you're operating it in a way that could pop the carto instead of just not allowing it to vape at all.

The problem is that the Provari isn't limited by the software. Most chips for this kind of operation have a 2.5 amp limit. In order to lift that limit they would need to use hardware that has a higher limit, which would more than likely increase cost and size.

Can you provide a little more detail on this? What part is this? This seems like the biggest bottleneck in the device.
