So I just got my rn4072 and my dse901 and I noticed that on the rn4072 with one of my batteries the light will stay lit after I take a hit... same thing is happening with one of my dse901 batteries... are they defective I don’t drip smoke if that helps. The other batteries work fine is there anything I can do to fix this or are they defective and I need to send them back? Please let me know.

some other threads talk about this.

some of the older batteries have a pressure switch that can stick, but people say that generally doesn't happen until after you've gotten some juice into it and it gets sticky.

newer batteries supposedly have a solid state switch that shouldn't stick.

I got a battery about two weeks ago, and it's started getting stuck on until I bang it on a table, so I'm not sure what to believe.

Just power through them. I got the penstyle from PS last month and was very upset that it didn't work. I was going to send it back after many tries with both batteries and even my spare atomizer, but one night I just kept on puffing & puffing and low & behold it kicked in and works great now. Try to tough it out. If you have time, keep at it & see if that works.

Several of my batteries have done this when they are brand new (and my usb passthrough too). Tapping on a table, blowing into the atomizer end of the battery, and making sure it didn't get juice in there (let it sit upright to drain) fixed all of mine that had this issue.

None of the ones that did that at first do it anymore, so it's something with wearing in of the switch I suspect.

Thanks for the info, I had a USB passthrough that wasn't working was going to send it back, nothing the first time. Tapped it like you said OH MY GOODNESS, it works and the Vapor is great. Thanks so much:D
