Oh yeah! that Osage orange would be nearly impossible to split without it. It's very dense and fibrous. The wood is apparently good for building bows and arrows. Anyway, the ash is pretty clean splitting as long as it's not a bucked round with a limb coming out of it. I could split some by hand but it's a lot quicker with the splitter. Not necssaily easy, but quicker. Most of the logs are 15-18" in diameter and ideally 15-17" long, pretty heavy until the first couple splits, then it gets easier.

Made a big order from SnusCentral tonight, been meaning to do it for quite a while, the finances are in a pretty good place for once and I decided I'd go for it before the wife buys a new sofa.

A few highlights, GR White Lime, which I'm excited about, GR White Lingon, Skruf Cranberry, LAB Fresh Lemon Slim White, and a bunch of others, mostly mints. I'll be sure to make a full report.

Rwb, good for you! At least someone in your family has their priorities straight. :headbang::headbang::rickroll:

Well it took a bit, but Bella has decided I'm someone worth wagging her tail furiously for and becoming a PIA any time her tongue gets close to my face. That little girl is a licking fool. I think the secret was rubbing her belly and titties. Now the first thing she does if she's laying down is flip over and spread her legs. I swear, women could learn a lot from their canine counterparts. I know we men emulate our counterparts, at least some of the time.:toast:

I stopped by the discount smoke shop today to see if I could stock up on mint. They were sold out. I noticed while I was there that they had added a couple big cases of ecig merchandise. They had some aspire and kanger stuff and some other miscellaneous items. Really a good selection for a smoke shop. It's a little far away so I don't get there very often.

It's been $1.99 around here for the last couple of months. I have over two rolls of original and close to two rolls of the mint in the freezer now. But I'm running low on the higher nic stuff from our last big order. Northerner keeps sending me 15% off coupons but their selection sucks so I'm going to start watching the other sites for some good deals.

The one station I stopped at yesterday didn't have it for 1.99 any more. It was back to 3.99. I'm going to stop tonight at a different one and see if maybe they still have it for 1.99. If not, the discount shop said they will have it back in stock on Tuesday. I didn't ask the price while I was there. Last time it was 1.99. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed for the 1.99 price tonight. Even at the 3.99 price it's usually cheaper than ordering online and paying shipping.

I spent yesterday pulling 20lb rocks and trees as thick as my thigh outta the road and trying to unplug the culvert pipe. My 3x4ft ditch is full to the brim with mud & such and the 5-6ft deep ravine behind my place is only a foot or less deep in most places today. Serious flooding in these parts yesterday. Google Ontario County NY flooding, if you wanna peep. That's a neighboring county that actually gets news coverage. It's about the same here as there. I knew we had problems when an Apple tree as thick as my wrist was bobbing down the ravine with a root ball clean of all dirt.

Sorry about all the troubles FC. It's been raining a ton here too.

I stopped by another station to try to get mint today. Sold out and had their price back up to 3.99. Must be the end of cheap snus here.

Being ever the optimist I like to think price spikes like that mean Swedish Match is finished pushing promotions and are now established in the market. Hopefully that could mean new SM products hitting our shores.

    (I said optimist, not realist.)
