So dumb. A couple years ago I bought a new
beard trimmer. Between March and July, ISO had a girlfriend of hers visit. When she left, the charging cord was missing. She checked with her but she denied having it (found out later she did by mistake but didn't want to go
through the trouble of sending it back). Rather than trying to find a replacement cord, I just reordered a whole new trimmer figuring when the battery got weak on the first, I'd start using the other one.
Well this past week I charged up the new one, put the comb in it and started trimming my
beard and proceeded to take a big chunk out of it around my ear. Fortunately I didn't start at my chin. The comb sat right at blade level and now I have to wait for a week or so for it to grow back.
I put together text with pictures to use when their chat window opened at 9 this morning and to make a long story short, they were going to troubleshoot the problem. I picked up the trimmer and I noticed the dial. I realized at that moment it was operator error.
My previous trimmer had different combs for different length trims. Tis one dialed the length and I forgot about it 3 years later since once I had the length I wanted I never changed it. That's my duh for the day.
Thought I lost my nice Icetool travel can yesterday also. Turns out I had taken it out of my pocket to refill and never put it back. Fortunately, I had a can in my bike as it was poker day and I was out 7/8 hours. I can live without my e cig, but not my snus. I hate buying Camel because I never finish the cans.
