It seems that if I don't have a vape for an extended amount of time it doesn't bother me. When I didn't have an analog after 4-6 hours I would have a craving that was only satisfied after lighting up. I got caught away from home with a dead battery and no back-up for a day and a half, but I didn't crave it or even think about it. I started vaping at the lowest nic possible(6-8mg) so maybe that has something to do with it. I just enjoy vaping and I'm probably not addicted to it.

I found this too. I was a pretty heavy smoker and if I didn't have my cigarettes with me, I'd have a panic attack. I can go out without my pv with no problems at all.

I have to admit, I've never gone a day and a half without vaping though.

Usual answer would probably be ... Whenever I want to!! Different for everyone as you detox from all the other crap that's in analogs!!

I just switched to 18mg from 24mg. Before I switched, I could go hours if need be without a craving. Right now, not so much. With cigarettes, after an hour I was anxious. 2hrs and I was hurting. Heck if some one told me I couldn't smoke for X amount of time, I got panic attacks, no matter what duration X was.

If I have access to my PV it never leaves my hand. While I have done it, I try not to stealth vape if I don't have to. I have found that I can go much longer without vaping then I could without smoking a cigarette if I have too. I can be inside a store or somewhere for a couple of hours and I found I never really even need a vape till I get out of the store, never really even had a craving to do it.

With cigarettes the longest I could go without one was about 30mins before the onset of a bad craving started kicking in.
