Well, I used to smoke a lot, and now I vape a lot. I know which is better. :)

I think it's not a good idea to worry about how much you vape. It's better to remember how much you're not smoking. Eventually you'll settle to a level of vaping that suits you (which may still be a lot, but that's ok.)

Honestly I notice that when I dropped down from 12 to 6 I was using a lot more juice. I also went from a tank to using a drip tip and a tank and dripping does use up some juice. I find that yes when I first started vaping I used to chain vape but now I seem to vape out of boredom for the most part. I can be busy and not touch my mods for over 12-13 hours and then one or two pulls or to kill my battery chain vaping it does not matter.

I am still vaping a lot after 1 month of quitting analogs. Also i think it depends on what I am vaping.. if I'm just doing my Ry Fine tobacco flavor (My daily Vape) it has calmed down a bit now.. but with my 5 pawns Grandmaster.. can't put that stuff down.. Don't worry it's a replacement for that stinky hanging out of your mouth.. which is a good thing!

I vaped like a choo choo train when I first started, and now I go through spells. Sometimes, I go an hour or two without vaping. Other times, I don't put it down. I don't really care. I feel 1000% better than I did when I smoked.

The nice thing is that I often do not vape. I used to smoke like a fiend when I drove. Now, sometimes I can drive 2 hours and take like 4 puffs from the PV. I just forget to do it sometimes.

Travelling is much better, too. I stealth vape on airplanes all the time. I vape in restaurant bathrooms, elevators, wherever I want as long as no one is close enough to see any small whisps of "escaped" vape.

Enjoy!

After quitting tobacco and completely switching to vaping, I literally chained vaped every wakeing moment. After about three months I gradually and unintentionally started reducing my vaping, Still vape all the time, but don't have the actual need as I did when I first quit tobacco. As your tobacco addiction decreases and you gradually reduce the nic amount in you eliquids, you will find yourself vaping less and enjoying it more.
At this point my nic addiction is to the point where about half the time I vape eliquids with zero nic.
