best place to get the glycerine imho is a health food store...

i got some a couple weeks ago and i live in dogpatch usa

100% vegetable glycerine brand name was Nature's Answer 4oz (120 ml) $10.39

btw.. for those interested in buying PG.. i just stopped at Walgreens pharmacy today to pick up stepson's script.. decided for the hell of it i'd ask about ordering propylene glycol.... they said "sure thing".. looked it up in a book.. quoted me that their price was $7 for a liter and $21 for a gallon... told me on average they thought the markup was 30%... imma order me some soon :):D

Ok, I found that at CVS, but it was only 99.5% and didn't say what the other .5% was, but more worrisome, it said 'for external use only,' so I didn't buy it. It did say USP, but the word 'vegetable' was nowhere on the label.

We're really just making things up as we go with vaping so none of us really know what's ok.

I use 99.5% glycerine (vegetable doesn't matter, glycerine is enough). The 0.5% not pure does not bother me although maybe it should. Someone here once said that 100% purity was not possible - I don't know if they knew what they were talking about.

I checked that mine was BP/USP (pharmaceutical grade). That's the purest grade.

I asked the seller if it was suitable for ingesting and they said yes. If they or the label said not for internal use I don't think I'd inhale it.

huxley, it seems to be one or the other. PG seems to dry more people out, VG seems to help those people.

it's also said that pure Glycerine is the same as Vegetable Glycerin, i dunno i can't argue that, but my Glycerine seems thicker than VG, and Glycerine helps add more vapor and seems to make some flavors a tad sweeter.
