I haven't even looked for 16 or 18 mm ones. So again, Google that crap before you complain that nothing is made to fit your devices.

I'm not a fool. I have been doing my own research for quite some time now. I wouldn't have started the thread without doing research.

I'm not here to waste people's time!

I think it might be you that needs to do more research before jumping to conclusions just because you did a google search. so far none of your suggestions have answered my question.

If someone was after some nice green apples it would be no point suggesting where to get some nice juicy oranges would it.

the 17mm wanko. 2ml tank size. Hey another small rta. Again, Google search. All kinds turn up.[/QUOTE]

I looked at the Wanko and to me it doesn't really look like a true rebuildable as it takes some kind of proprietary stock coil. Do you know if there is a way to wrap your own coils for that Device.

Rta not rda. Please read the post properly before replying.

I guess you missed the wanko. Oh well. Again i found pages of single coil rebuildable's just with one google search.
You say you looked? There are multiple threads on this forum about smaller mtl tanks, rtas and rdas. So yes, this thread is a waste of time. Multiple people have pointed out that these attys are out there, yet you continue to complain that you can't find any. You ask for some to be pointed out, then when they get pointed out you complain that it's not the right ones. I was showing you that they are out there, not shopping for you. Now, again, the devices are out there, look for them yourself if you really want them.
Or hey, here's a idea, get a small 18650 mod, or a small lipo and stick a 22 mm on it, since you are convinced there are not any devices smaller than that.
Either way, idgaf.
So long

I must say I have to agree with the OP.
I'm quite happy tootle puffing on my kayfun lites, but I recently helped a coworker choose his first device, and I had some trouble finding something suitable for him.

He went with a Innokin Endura T18 in the end and he's very happy with it, but I wasn't able to give him as many options as I had hoped.

He didn't want a crazy subohm dl tank or a 300w mod, he just wanted to quit smoking.

I let him try my Kanger Subbox Mini, and he found it too airy even with the air flow restricted as much as possible because he was expecting a pull like a cigarette.

I was hoping to give him the subtank as a gift because I no longer use it (I prefer mtl) but we couldn't get it set up to be enjoyable, because he also prefers mtl.

Restricting the air flow without being able to also adjust liquid flow means that you end up with a mouthful of liquid.

He loves the T18 and can't understand why there aren't more devices like it to choose from.

I'm sure there must be some out there, but they are definitely harder to find.
Considering people making the switch have less knowledge than seasoned vapers, it makes it very difficult for them to find the device that's right for them.

As to market pressure being the cause, I'm not sure that's true.
It seems to me that the mod manufacturers are playing the numbers game - higher wattge numbers mean More Betterer.

I think that's what is driving the market, not necessarily consumer demand, unless you count the fact that uninformed consumers may just base their decision solely on higher numbers.

Don't yall get it?!? It's all about 'my way or the highway'. Problem is, we all have our own highway.

I found my "sweet spot" years ago. The problem I run into with new gear is that I'm always tryin' to make it work at that same sweet spot. So what's the point of getting more new stuff?

I use RDAs, not RTAs, so I can't help ya with the little tanks.
Most folks want a football field for a build deck, so the small diameter stuff has always been in short supply.
The OD of my RDA's is 12.4mm (ID is 9.5mm)
My little ole Mako (14500) with an A7 mini on it is still a damn nice vape.

More watts = buy more juice. Juice sales has always been where the money is.

I still think that the 14500 mods, and accompanying tanks, are a niche market due mainly to the restrictions of the batteries themselves. Most people want a battery that lasts more than a few hours, though apparently some don't mind.

I'm not sure that is strictly true. I use AW 14500s and they last me a day at work easily. I was never a chain-smoker so I don't chain vape. So I don't feel the need to constantly puff away on my device.
If you were a 20 a day smoker The average cigarette takes you five or so minutes to smoke. So if you vape on your device for five minutes 20 times a day that's an hour and 40 minutes of vaping. So your estimation of a couple of hours battery life doesn't seem so bad. Especially when you take into account the fact that during your five minute vape break you are not putting a continuous five minute load on the battery you are pulsing it as you vape. So a battery for me lasts a lot longer than a couple of hours. I leave the house with a fully charged battery and when I get home I swap it out for another fully charged battery and put the use battery on the charger. Charging only takes about an hour or so as it is a 14500 battery. I have never had any issues with battery life and I cycle between two batteries that I have been using for the last two years and they are still going strong.

My GP Piccoloid (Piccolo v4/Spheroid v4) I go through 3 batteries at work - 10 hour day. I use SS coil at 1ohm cold resistance. Battery life doesnt mean squat to me - I carry extra batteries. No big deal. No different than carrying around a lighter when I smoked. The ONLY difference is I can find my packs of extra batteries...I think I spent more on lighters than smokes...

You may have to accept that you are not the norm. I'm not either. A single 18650 will last me over two days of regular use, but it wasn't like that for me in the beginning.

Have you looked at the kayfun mini v3?

As you would expect I totally agree with you. I introduced my brother vaping earlier this year and also found the innokin endura was really the only suitable device for new vapour that was currently on the market.
For some reason he first went to his local vape shop first and they sold in an ego with CE4 Clearo which as you can imagine didn't satisfy him one bit. They then sold him a sub ohm device was designed for lung hits. He ended up back on the cigarettes until he spoke to me and we eventually found him the t18 innokin endura. Since he started using this device he hasn't had a single cigarette. He now also has multiple tanks with different flavours of juice in. He also purchased the T 22 for the bigger juice capacity and longer run time as with these devices you can't just swap the battery out. He has also started to DIY juice.

You are right when we were looking for something suitable for him there was just very little choice good devices that actually works and gives you that cigarette sensation.

    @Phil P

I really enjoyed smoking. For myself, The crazy wattage, drippers & clouds are what kept me off the cigs because it was so different and fun. I chose to vape as I read up a lot on it and my neurologist advised me that vaping is a good idea.

This will be 2 years smoke free on 1/1/17. Now I use a paps and a phenomenon/kfun while mtl'n my vape.
It's a bit more like nice smoking for me now but I needed the clouds then...
Whatever helps you give up cigs.

BTW, I read a little and you were looking for small attys.
Not my thing but I've seen these two.

    V 2 AIOLOS Tank matte finish 16 mm [80X-U1020] - €110.00

    GP Spheroid version 4

Edit; just saw something similar already recommended. Ignore me.
    Thanks
