I'm not sure if I ever had catfish. I doubt it. I used to go to fish festivals years ago and tried a lot of different fish though. I remember having barbecued eel.

Whoa!! Even I've had catfish, and I'm not even from these parts. There's nothing like good ol' blackened catfish done right on a cast iron pan.

I have eaten cat fish, the real ones, the ones from the river, not a great flavor but not bad at all
