I have been doing just fine. Way more busy than I want to be, but such is life. It's not a bad kinda busy. How about you Jan?

I have been spending a lot of time with her. Poor kids are orphans now. LOL Good to take a few and catch up with my other friends in here. You guys are RW friends too you know. Sorry I have been so absent. I dumped everything out of the Inbox & Sent items. All 1700 of them. My limit is 300 cause I let my account lapse. Last year I renewed early and still lost them all anyway, so no biggie.so the cat is doing a good work, it is hard to see you around on the web

Just joined a gym. It's just under 5 blocks (1/4 mile) from my apartment. I can see it from the corner. That means I can't pretend it's not there and forget to go. (If I go 50 times every 6 months, my health insurance will reimburse me for a decent chunk of the cost.)
I also did a minimal personal trainer package to make sure I'm using the equipment, other than the treadmill, properly. One session a month plus 2 evaluations. Did the first session today. Came home, made 2 or 3 posts and passed out for 2 hours.

That is great news! I like the idea that it is always in your view. I hope you follow thru. I have a bad habit of starting stuff like that and doing it for a short time before losing interest.
