Zelda only has normal conversation on PMs ,in the open forum she is a Messalina :D

Valeria Messalina,[1] sometimes spelled Messallina, (c. 17/20 – 48) was a Roman empress as the third wife of the Emperor Claudius. She was also a paternal cousin of the Emperor Nero, second cousin of the Emperor Caligula, and great-grandniece of the Emperor Augustus. A powerful and influential woman with a reputation for promiscuity, she conspired against her husband and was executed when the plot was discovered.

Rome in ancient times sounds like so much fun. :D

I thought it was the best series ever. I never missed an episode and then watched it all over again. Derek Jacobi gave a great performance.

JJ.
Don't forget Sian Phillips as Livia and John Hurt as Caligula. Jacobi had incredible support.

I Claudius.....a great series, one of the best.

Good morning, j0kers. :)

The relationships were so complex -- everyone adopted everyone else which meant they ended up marrying their siblings and cousins. I read the books during the series and made a convoluted family tree to let me follow who was who.

But what family doesn't have it's ups and downs. (The Lion in Winter -- a great movie) Speaking of which, I adored John Castle who played Postumus in I, Claudius and Geoffrey in the latter.

And Captain Picard was in three four episodes. With hair.
