Hey I been sleeping almost to seven in the morning these days. That's a lot for me these days!

Old folks need at least 12 hours of sleep, Jan, 18 hours would be even better.

I'd love to sleep about 8/9 all the time. Most of the time it's about six hours.

I need at least 9 hours, 10 is even better, I have been that way for as long as I can remember. Six hours of sleep is like no sleep at all, for me.
