I tend to be a blabbermouth. In any other forum I've participated in, I'm always one of the top posters. I feel like I post a lot here as well but, obviously, I pale in comparison to some of our chat-mavens.

A small part of it is that, until someone else posts after me, I tend to edit my post rather than reply to myself.

Here, if someone "likes" your post and you edit it (even to fix a typo), you lose your like. It makes sense. The edit could completely change the meaning of the post.
