I have a small and large toaster oven. Potatoes usually go in the smaller oven.

I have a lot of those and I don't work!! 
One is probably on the schedule to tomorrow. I have to go shopping and then do the afternoon thing so I will be tired.

Pretty good for the most part. Son & DIL were over this afternoon and we played in the pool.
They both had wisdom teeth pulled Thursday and are just bouncing back. I made a roast in the crockpot so they could eat the mashed up potatoes and so the meat was real tender. They've been surviving on jello and soup so it tasted pretty good to them.
I like a roast and mashed potatoes and meatloaf too. Wish I got an invite to dinner.

When I got two of mine pulled, the oral surgeon had told me to get some soft food in advance. I have a great, little gourmet shop 2 blocks from me so, on the day of the extraction, he asked if I had stocked up on scrambled eggs and mashed potatoes. I said "Yuck. I have poached salmon and bread pudding."
ETA: I also bought their poached salmon to bring with me the day my parents moved into their apartment. I got enough for "lunch and leftovers" so they wouldn't have to cook for a couple of days. (Unfortunately, they don't make it much anymore. I guess, once the recession hit, they had a hard time selling it all in a couple of days. Fillets are more cost efficient -- their teriyaki salmon is great.)
