each bottle has to be under 3 oz, and all bottles have to fit in a quart size zip lock. but 3 oz is a LOT.... 1 oz = ~30 ml. I took two 30 ml and a few 10 ml bottles along with my travel shampoo, conditioner etc, etc in a single zip loc. Do make sure that the caps are tight...

some airports will not allow the gallon bags, and will hold you to the quart size. stick with the smaller bag.

I don't know anything about the omega Nora, it should be just fine. Check in the travel section to see if anyone else has reported a problem- but TSA does know and allow e-cigs of all kinds.
