I have now found two ways to get the Vivi Nova tanks to leak.

1) After you refill it, tilt it about 45º sideways while you screw the top back on.
2) When you are removing it from a device, do not unscrew it at the 510 threading. Instead, you need to unscrew the tank from the base, allowing whatever liquid is still in the tank to drain out.

(There's actually a #3 which is "repeat #2 because it was so much fun the first time.)

I think i've found a tank I like. I love the convenience of a carto but I don't like what the filler does to the flavor so, mostly, I've been dripping again. These don't have any filler, they don't leak (unless you are an idiot like me) and they are really easy to fill (when you take off the top, the space between the center post and the side is wide enough to sick the tip of a bottle in.)

I've got them through the Health Cabin co-op. I've only had them a couple of days and I haven't tried changing coils yet, but if it continues like this I will be happy to settle on these permanently.

:lol: I could not imagine the mess I would make with one!

Keep us informed on how you are liking it.

screened porches are awesome. its so damn hot here right now I would have to put the storm windows on and leave the door open for AC from the house :/ that kind of defeats the purpose

We are in the same oven...........how hot was it there today?
