i think it was dr F who recommends higher nic, lower wattage

pods or MTL rba is irrelevant. But his view was that the flavours and VG/PG pose slightly higher risk than nicotine

it is a bit like saying the top of a hill is closer to the moon though, just splitting hairs IMO

While it is virtually 100% certain that vaping in general is better for you than smoking there hasn't been enough research to be able to say what kind of vaping presents more or less harm. And without some sort of guidelines some sort of study anything anyone says would just be conjecture or a gut feeling or a personal experience. Nicotine is not the most harmful aspect of cigarettes it's the addictive aspect but the actual harm is contributed less by nicotine than it is the other substances in combustible tobacco. But as far as Ejuice goes I don't know we don't even know the absorption rate because no Studies have been done

Without coffee and nicotine I would lose the will to live. So, for me it isn't harmful oh, compared to SUICIDE.

God !, Coffee with Caffeine makes me want to kill myself. I don't go near the stuff. Give me Lavazza decaffeinated ground Coffee all day long. Caffeine just doesn't agree with me at all !.

I do better on lower nic period, as it's less irritating. But I need a certain cloud volume, which either method can solve.

Maybe someone else will remember where, but IIRC, there was some "study" <whatever that's worth> that indicated that very small coils (like in some of the cigalikes) got too hot and produced more "nasties" from the PG and VG than the larger systems.

IDK if all pod systems are equal though, so there's variables there too.

So I'd say it's all YMMV. Too many variables, designs, etc.

Besides, 20 years from now we all find out mango flavor kills us. Or maybe, it cures cancer.
;)

Who knows?
:2c:
In answer to your question, "Who knows?"... it seems pretty clear to me the fact OhmBoyOC does.

Ohmboy sells overpriced juice?
Technically speaking, he is giving it away entirely for free. That's just because anyone a bit familiar with vaping history will tell you he's done a lot more to help the vaping community than the vast majority of people have done.

I'm confused. The link you provided sent me to a $30 mango juice.

The header on the site is coil turd?
    Right?

After almost a decade of MTL and mostly DTL, personally studying the effects of vapor, I can offer a long-term study result. Vaping is healthier than smoking. Sometimes I want a lung-buster chonk o' hot steam to tingle every cillia in my pulmonary system. Other times, a simple, high strength flavorful tootle puff is all I want. Sometimes I like tobacco flavors, and other times it's pastries, nuts and creams. The efficacy and improved health of vaping, in any style/flavor far outweighs any detriment between high and low resistance/nic level.
Just, for the love of the BEST vaping style, do yourself a favor and SQUONK!

More ejuice with less nicotine sub ohm,or less ejuice with more nicotine and using pod system?
I don't think anybody really knows to be honest but if I was to bet money I'd bet on inhaling less vapor at lower temperature as being less harmful. I've read many scientific articles and studies the past couple of months and I'm yet to find one that specifically differentiates between different kinds of vaping.
There are many variable factors included with both types of vaping: Different pg/vg ratios, different types of flavorings and additives used in juices, different vaping styles and frequencies among vapers (like some go through 2ml liquid a day doing mtl, others do 10ml), even different types of nicotine used: freebase and 3 types of salts, as far as I know- do they differ in terms of health effects?
Also lack of valid scientific data. If you are very concerned about health, my best advice would be to do as much research as possible, and go with your gut.

Keep in mind you don't necessarily need to use high nic in pods all the time. If you gradually cut down you'll be fine with lower nic, there are folks out there who vape 0 nicotine or/and unflavored juices.

With everything else being equal, it stands to reason that breathing in less of a foreign substance is better for your lungs than breathing in more.
30ml @ 3mg or 5ml @ 18mg is the same amount of nicotine which the body will have to process but 6x the amount of VG/PG. That's an opinion but it's one that is based on logic.
Opinions that conclude that more volume, less nicotine is better are not based on logic but on personal prejudice or preferrence.
    In my opinion :D

A two hour video? With a 5 minute intro?
Ain't nobody got time for that.

    What's your point?
I'll tell you what my point is. Ain't nobody got time to TRULY find out what a money grab is... that is, excepting only those who like (pun intended) to taste the fruit of creativity and determination, and who support real innovation resulting from this creativity. Because, without any such creativity, vaping, and the harm reduction improvement that is obtained by vaping on new and improved vaping products, would have been nothing more than a dead dream so basically, I prefer death by mango. Because, then, at least I'll know what's killed me. :p
