White Glycerin film on Monitor (How to Clean?)

Does anyone have a successful cleaning method? It seems like every week now I need to clean this white film from dried glycerin off my monitor. It is a new 32" and I hate to mess it up.

They say do not use glass cleaner on these and water seems to take forever with lots of rubbing which can't be good.

Any tips?

Well, if it's tolerating water I would think you could use a very mild dish soap in the water mix.

Vingar in water is suppose to be good for glass cleaning as well but is acidic in nature so......

I've seen this at Wal Mart/Sam's Club: Walmart.com: Digital Innovations Clean Dr. LCD/Plasma Screen Cleaner: Computers and the reviews look good.

I expected someone to say that vaping doesn't cause a film. If it does, then this explains my cars windshield, which is worse than when I smoked cigarettes.

I use Monster brand screen cleaner, it's safe on LCD and Plasma screens.
